Dictatorship is the best way to stability and development in South Sudan (part two)

Dictatorships better control the elements of discipline and order in society. They enforce personal discipline because they promote a State founded on patriarchal and hierarchical important, through the implementation of strict policies based on personal security and international respect on a community basis. Evidence of this argument, is Taiwan and Holland, where Confucianism is the primarily ideology promoted in the society.

This ideology focuses on the importance of interpersonal relationships based on the performance of individual roles in society and also based on fixed principles of authority. Resulting in a productive based society triggering continues economic growth showed in the last years as general report concerned. All ruling government needs discipline, disregard the form of the government. It is true that dictator may breed personal discipline, but dictatorship itself is not a good breeding ground.

Discipline is a description of the way we act in pursuit of our goal. One of the scholars name Dewey describe discipline as “A person who is trained to consider his actions, to undertake them deliberately, is in so far forth disciplined. Add to this ability a power to endure in an intelligently chosen course in the face of distraction, confusion, and difficulty, and you have the essence of discipline. Three key words in disciplines are, consider, deliberate, and “an intelligently chosen course in the face of distraction, confusion, and difficulty”.

These three keys refer to one main point, which the discipline comes from the person itself, not by the pressure of the government. Disciplines are the backbone of any constitutional countries to exist. Disciplines made an order that came from public awareness, not by public security. Thus, the obedience of the citizen will comes from the consent of each citizen, not by a pressure from the dictator.

Therefore, in our country South Sudan where every persons activating for leadership and putting all clams on democracy giving more rooms in blaming government of failing the state with poor development target. There is need for strong dictatorship system to install in place to run the country in-order to sustain the situation where citizen themselves are threat to their government.

The country is habited by over sixty-four (64) tribes with deferent ideologies. The mentality of six-four tribes is more dangerous to be rule by democracy means unless dictatorship government that may force them to work in the same wing. The spirit mentality of these tribes is that, there is no one above any tribe.

The dictatorship system is mostly effective in controlling public institutions such as security mandate, building bilateral relationship with other countries and distribution of resources to its habited people. In relation this system also it’s a lot work in controlling variables institutions.

These variables institutions are (in broad strokes): education, health and economic welfare. Although dictators don’t always get optimal results, this failure or success comes from their decisions and not from a lack of control over these variables institutions.

Dictatorships can control the health and education of its population better because they can decide how to allocate the resources (funding, students, professors, infrastructure, and supplies) to prepare new professionals for the health and education sectors; and they can determine the curricula, salaries and place of employment in a way democracies can’t manager.

For example, In 1970s Uganda under dictatorship leader late Idi Amin Dada, in surprise he developed Uganda more than other leaders in Uganda history. That was due to his dictatorship modality in ruling although he does not build bilateral relationship with other country. During Amin regime government schools, hospitals and national barrack were build across the country for example Munni girl in Arua and Moyo senior secondary school in Moyo district and in term of health centre Malango was also build in his regime and many more.

So, the system is more developmental compare to democracy. Those countries under dictatorship leadership are not distance from development instead they are best in maintaining their stability. In-other hand they do block external power in their country status whereas democracy countries cannot temper to do because of this problem they are always influence by foreign powers.
In conclusion, I would like to inform those who are planning to install new government to focus on dictatorship government in South Sudan for easy administration and governing all societies of South Sudan. South Sudanese are very complex enough to be rule by democratic mean.
