Dear readers and viewers of this honourable website, this article is in response to my Brother David Aoloch Bion who termed Dinka Bhar el Ghazal of the Republic of South Sudan as “loose and lawless people”

March 2, 2015 (SSB) —  My dear brother David Aoloch Bion, you are one person I admire his historical articles I read on daily basis but as far as article of today is concerned, you have touched my nerves as well as people of the region whom you termed as“loose and lawless people.”

For easy link up for our viewers and readers Your article titled “President Salva Kiir is living symbol of 21 year liberation struggle.” My brother, indeed you are a good writer and good articulator of news but hypocrite is a deadly killer and only Lucifer can celebrate his moves and deeds.

“…When Dinka Bor man shot dead two Dinka Bhar el Ghazal youth, the killing almost provoke a dangerous communal fighting between Dinka Bor and Dinka Bhar el Ghazal . All of us know Dinka Bhar el Ghazal are half lawless. But CDR Kiir quelled down the anger”

In as far as agreeing with what you posted today, one statement of your description of Dinka Bhar el Ghazal as “half lawless people” sum up your true identity as hypocrite and indeed worse than Lucifer! Allow me to respond to two words you gave us as our good name. Your little brain thinksof us as “Halflawless” people.

Indeed that Dinka Bor man managed to kill two Dinka Bhar el Ghazal and people of Bhar el Ghazal waited for like a week to see justice done but to no avail. This is because all senior commanding officers were from Bor and took ignorance of the incident forcing the Dinka soldiers from Bhar el Ghazal to think otherwise of getting justice.

CDR Kiir who did not want this to get out of hand intervene and the commanding officer who is Dinka Bor in the headquarter of Ashwa was compelled to arrest the Dinka Bor Second Lieutenant, the culprit and his other three accomplices and they were sent to prison immediately.

Few weeks later they were sneaked out of prison under the help of the same commander from Bor and they were taken to Kakuma Refugee camp and told to come back when things come back to normal. This created tension further and that Dinka Bor commanding officer managed to run away too.

Is that justice brother? Will you call people who wait patiently for justice to be half lawless? Dinka Bor are good people and one rotten fish among their much stock of fishes can’t let them be called bad people to avoid being bias to innocent ones among them.

Thank God Salva Kiir is a gifted leader not only to Bhar el Ghazal but South Sudan as a whole because he born a brunt of mistreatment of himself and his people under poor emotional commanding officers from Bor who believed in power and not any other thing in their lives.Injustice after injustice but Kiir continued to control them and they listen to him and that tell the world the description you gave about Dinka Bhar el Ghazal is vague in all its conditions. Devil celebrates death so do you brother Aoloch.

“…In 1996, the enemies of liberation struggle created a myth,” Dinka Bor born to rule and Dinka Bhar el Ghazal born to die in frontline.” …Salva Kiir chided Dinka Bhar el Ghazal leaders who were fanning it meaningless mythology”

In fact it was a true fact and even up to now Dinka Bor are self-claimed born rulers. This was proved throughout the movement when there was rise in the promotion of Bor Dinka in all commanding positions and many sent to Refugee camp and abroad for further studies so that they will be seeds of the future of that mythical belief of born to rule. It is a fact! Who were many in commanding positions? Where were Dinka youth who survived the wrath of Nuer and Beer (Murle)?

They were self-exiled by Dr.Garang because there were enough guards for Garang from Bhar el Ghazal to protect him and defend the movement. Is that not a fact brother? Throughout the movement only Bhar el Ghazal died in masses all over South Sudan and now termed by you as lawless people. You are a hypocrite brother for you never told truth but you packed and smeared good self with lies.

In my simple understanding of your description of us as well known “loose people” means you are saying that we are people who will never be one in all situations. We are so divided to the extent that sandy soil is somehow compact than Dinka Bhar el Ghazal. We are volatile in all conditions.

That is what you meant Brother David Aoloch Bion! Eti! Salva Kiir held us for 21 years and if it wasn’t him all of us would have surrendered to Khartoum like Nuer and Riek Machar. Indeed Kiir is much respected by People of Bhar el Ghazal not because he is their son but true humble leader just like you described dear Aoloch.

Yes, I agree with you that we were majority in number throughout the movement and even up to now because we love good cause for all people brother. Salva was never a rival to Kherubino Kuanyin Bol as you insinuated but he was a humble soldier trained to respect the command of his seniors that include Garang and Kuanyin Bol.

For your information, Kherubino differed with Garang who was his senior because of the way Garang favoured his Bor men against Dinka Bhar el Ghazal, Nuer and Equatorians but Salva took a good decision to be neutral not supporting either of them.

Why? He was trained to obey and implement orders from his seniors but not to take side. We stood with Garang as Bhar el Ghazal people not because he was God but for common cause of all South Sudanese despite minor descending voices of hatred from the likes of you Brother David Aoloch Bion.

But if what you referred us to be what to go by, will Salva Kiir be able to command loose people and be able to be listened to? Will chaotic people be able to respect one man like President Salva Kiir? Will they be calmed down by Salva Kiir as you claimed in various examples in your article? Will Loose people reject their son like when Kherubino Kuanyin Bol who differed with Garang in favour of foreigner like Dr.Garang, the late hero of our Republic?

The answer to all above questions dear brother is “big no” that we are never loose and we will never be loose people as you loosely claimed in your article. We are always one in all good and bad situations like during the years of liberation we back up our late hero Garang with our might and lives in his good cause for now South Sudan. When it comes to national issues like current war and during years of liberation we stood firm and we were never divided or appear irresponsible in any way.

Yes, indeed after being displace from Bor and lost hope of returning to Bor, You people resort to dangerous business of selling weapons to “nyamnyam” the dangerous local militia which fought day and night SPLA soldiers. Did you care of unnecessary daily death cause by your greed for food and money? Did you care that same guns you sell can be turned against you over night?

The answer is in fact is big no but for Bor Dinka it was yes because none of their sons is dying in frontline. You were busy selling weapons to enemies while Dinka Bhar el Ghazal is busy fighting same enemies you supply with ammunition and weapons. What a pathetic life my dear brother!

This forced CDR Bol Madut Bol to voice his concern to Garang but he was turned deaf ears. We never changed we born up with your brunt of being enemies within. CDR Bol Madut mobilized numbers yearly by all force and all means to avail supply from Bhar el Ghazal in particular Dinka but Manyang Juuk just wait for them and send them in frontline to fight same enemies supplied with weapons by Bor weapon dealers. What a life!

Kuol Manyang mobilized nothing but command something from the endless supply of those who were ready to die for common good cause that you are enjoying. Did a jerk in your photo appreciate even a little? So Salva Kiir calmed down sons of Bhar el Ghazal who patiently continued to listen to him without disobeying because they were trained to obey orders and to die for good cause. Will the idiot in your name ever appreciate?

“Mind you, Dinka Bhar El Ghazal are loose and lawless people, if Kiir was not controlling them in 21 year war, they would have destroyed the SPLAM/ago. They would have abandoned SPLM/Aas Riek Machar and his lawless loyalists abandoned SPLM/A and went to Khartoum in 1994.”

That is ridiculous! Mind you brother we will be the last to abandon South Sudan cause for goodies like Abiel Alier, Arok Thon Arok and many ill-mannered individuals within your midst.

One thing you must know is that if it wasn’t Bhar el Ghazal Unity South Sudan would have not been in its current status let truth be told I concur with you brother, John Garang would have not been crowned as South Sudan hero if it wasn’t Bhar el Ghazal behind him? May his soul rest in peace!

Our differences never go beyond our capacity that is why Salva as second man in command to John Garang during those years of liberation and now was listened to in case of any emergent issues among our midst or with others like the one you quote between CDR Kuol Manyang Juuk and CDR Bol Madut Bol.

Please take your regrettable perception of people of Bhar el Ghazal to hell with you for the only person to smile back at you because of this article is may be Lucifer!Make more research for you are may be misinformed about people you gave devilized title as “loose and lawless people.”

If indeed you are giving credit to Salva as true face of South Sudan liberation, there is no where you can describe him and his people as loose and lawless people. If you also claimed to be his supporter as you purport in your articles than you can’t call a hoe an axe but just admit that you are telling people that Salva and his people of Bhar el Ghazal are chaotic, loose and lawless people.

Call a spade a spade brother for no one is born today so that you can deceive and blackmail him or her. Take your ill-advised credits about President Kiir to the dustbin for no one is interested in the way you are selling him. Will Lucifer ever advise God? So do you brother Aoloch, you will never be good credential prescriber of President Salva Kiir of the Republic of South Sudan.

Describing Bhar el Ghazal people as “lawless” persons is short and flaw in all its conditions. Let me tell you that we are never chaotic nor are we not law abiding citizens for God sake. Will lawless people be personal guards to our late hero Garang de Mabior? Will lawless people be able to maintain law and order for Garang the leader of the movement?

Garang’s brothers like Arok Thon Arok, Majier Gai rebelled against him but Bhar el Ghazal people remained with Garang and never joined any lawless disgruntled power seeking individuals. They even rejected their own son Kherubino Kuanyin Bol just because they don’t love chaos or situation of lawlessness. Are you justifying anything here brother describing us as half lawless, loose and lawless people? Why do you hate us that much? What have done to deserve such description from your narrowed brain?

Let me educate you a little bit about the contribution of Bhar el Ghazal people in the making of law even before independent of Sudan as a whole. Did you ever hear about what is popularly known as “Ganun Wathalel or Wathalel laws?” Did this law set precedence in our current laws? Where is Wathalel? Is it not in Bhar el Ghazal?

These Wathalel laws affect the whole Sudan in particular South Sudan. I don’t want to go in details for you are well informed about these laws made in Bhar el Ghazal that ended up affecting the whole nation now South Sudan.

But for the sake of other readers, I will give few examples of these laws called Wathalel laws, it was written within those laws that whoever commits murder through manslaughter that is unintentional killing should pay 31 cows as compensation to the life lost.

If one intentionally killed someone he/she will pay 31 cows and served some years of jailed terms defending on court discretion or disposal. If one impregnated somebody wife or commit adultery he must pay 7 seven cows and token of canes with hard labour as punishment to him.

If one eloped or impregnated someone’s daughter and refused to marry her, he must pay one first pregnant cow to the father of the girl and token of canes with hard labour when a girl is impregnated by him.We are not only historical in terms of contribution in law-making but great law abiding citizens. Please take to the bank of hell your bad name for Dinka Bhar el Ghazal.

Please continue writing your good articles about stories of educating our young ones about their cultures but do not mess up their minds with devilized lies that do not make up any sense at all. Do not make up stories you don’t have justification for them.

I hold no grudge against you but just want you to trace the source of observation and research dear brother. Pretenders are worst enemies of peace!
