Gordon Buay: President Order is Popularly Received by South Sudanese Countrywide

October 3rd, 2015 (SSB) — I want to assure South Sudan Diaspora and the international media that the NEW SOUTH SUDAN ORDER which created 28 states has been popularly received and accepted all over the country. In all villages of South Sudan women have been ululating and dancing since yesterday. The joy expressed by the peoples of South Sudan from all tribes is unprecedented in the history of South Sudan. An old man in Parieng sacrificed a bull upon hearing the news and appealed to Nhialic (God) to bless President Kiir Mayardit for listening to the voices of the people.
Lou Nuer men and women have been dancing since yesterday after hearing the good news. Some elders even suggested that children born on October, 2nd, 2015, should be called “Salva Kiir” because the President of the Republic of South Sudan gave Lou Nuer the state they were yearning for.
The Equatorian rebel leaders on the side of SPLM-IO applauded the Establishment Order for the creation of 28 states. Maj. Gen. Wesley Welebe told Moru community members in Nairobi that the Equatorians’ wish has been fulfilled by the NEW SOUTH SUDAN ORDER.
The joy expressed by all the tribes of the country is a grave warning to Riek Machar and Taban Deng Gai that rejecting the popular demand of the people of South Sudan will have serious ramifications. The citizens of the newly established Latjor State will not allow Riek Machar and Taban Deng to sit in Pagak while they are against the NEW SOUTH SUDAN ORDER that has been popularly accepted by the Jikany community of the former Upper Nile state.
The lovely President of the people of South Sudan will appoint Governors of 28 states within one month so that the NEW SOUTH SUDAN ORDER is operational. Riek Machar will be given the right to suggest the nominees for the governorship of Southern Liech and Western Nile states as per the Compromised Peace Agreement of Seyoum Mesfin.
