President Kiir Appoints Dinka SPLM Secretaries

November 17, 2015 (SSB) — It is not a surprise that President Salva Kiir has appointed his SPLM secretaries based on clannish-line up. Following the rendezvous of Dinka SPLM-Juba representatives is in a simplest terms regarded as tribal, clansim and sectional satisfaction under the leadership of President Kiir. Kiir dishonored SPLM-Aursha agreement to reunite SPLM because of erroneous advice imposed on him by President of Uganda and Jieng Council of Elders as he personally feels guilty not to disregard their negative advices.
There is rebuff inclusivity in a just appointment of secretaries and deputy secretaries; the incessant negligence notion initiated by Kiir all the way through Mr. Museveni of Uganda shall not be good for him.
SPLM was primarily alleged to be national party and not so as to tribal political organization impelled by Salva Kiir and Jieng Council of Elders. Let them not overlook that, South Sudan does not belong to Dinka people as they ill-reputedly promoted themselves as superior elements to rule South Sudan.
Kiir think that the SPLM is analogous to National Resistant Movement of Uganda centered in the heart of Mr. President Museveni where he moves with NRM in his private briefcase.
Salva Kiir Mayardit the Chairman of the SPLM has of recent appointed Hon: Jemma Nunu Kumba as the Deputy Secretary General and assigning her as the Acting Secretary General at a time when SPLM imperfectly looked-for a cadre of the highest inequality.
Tribal legacies cannot be acknowledged as part of national history; it is obvious that God can for a time destroys some countries through bad leaders who encompass no alternative with little knowledge to lead people. Kiir would have cherished South Sudanese for having stood with him but he ended up by killing innocent Nuer civilians because of political fears from his immediate political contender PhD, Dr. Riak Machar – the man known as father of self-determination which freed South Sudanese at last in 2011 after referendum.
Jieng Council of Elders must from time to time bear in minds that; the bravest African king, Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafic commonly known as Colonel Gaddafi was killed on 20 October 2011 by his own Libyans owing injustice ruling in Libya. Colonel Gaddafi was a revolutionary and politician who governed Libya as its primary leader from 1969 to 2011 and took power in a coup d’etat. The question is did Salva Kiir came in power by coup d’état or it was a give and take from the same Dr. Riak Machar of today. Kiir fought only two battles in the past longest war of Sudan the then, and he never captured a single town from Arabs.
SPLM Juba is at present comprehensible to all South Sudanese that and is owned by small clique of Dinkas. All the new appointees appointed hell from Dinka localities; Kiir is endlessly rewarding Dinkas with negative sympathetic that they shall be dominants in South Sudan’s Government and were born to rule.
Jieng Council of Elders (JCE); represents traditional inclusivity of all Dinka clans, Sections and subsections. The main aim of forming this unconstitutional committee was merely the issue of Nuer communities in South Sudan, their achievements could be the following unforgettable events; the genocidal killing of majority Nuer civilians in Juba on 15 December, 2013, destruction of south Sudan through Uganda’s president with an intention of looting resources, creation of more Dinka states subject to resource question with president order 36/10/2015.
Kiir dissolved SPLM National Liberation Council and national secretaries; without respecting the compromise peace agreement signed in August on 17by Dr. Machar in Addis Ababa and on 26 August by Kiir in Juba. There are no qualms that; SPLM is gradually vanishing from the hand of Salva Kiir following the recent dissolutions and reshuffles of key post holders of the party. SPLM-IO structures detailed how truly political party should look like in South Sudan; it is not signifying tribal party compare to the so called SPLM-JUBA Dinkas’ majority party.
South Sudanese people must rally behind Democratic people’s movement party, the SPLM-IO so that helpless civil populations are rescue under the failed regime of Juba. It is not by due course that, Juba government has in yesterday’s news lunched more unrealistic attacks on SPLM-IO forces in Unity State as a mean to devastated peace deal.
Whether Kiir dissolves and appoints SPLM secretaries and National Liberation Council post holders or not, it does not anxiety majority South Sudanese who are seeking for peace and stability under the leadership of SPLM-IO to support peace implementation. The outstanding uncertain issues left by the failed regime in Juba shall be resolves when implementation of peace begins in near future.
Jieng Council of Elders should have advised their son to wait for the three SPM (s), SPLM-IO, SPLM-former Detainees and SPLM-DC to go to Juba ideally for peace implementation.
