November 30, 2015 (SSB)  —  Putting a foreigner as a judge of hybrid court for South Sudan is like putting the cat to preside over a court ruling over the rat that has no say but to face death sentence.

According to the rumored we heard is that, the head of hybrid court will be headed by a foreigner and it might come from Kenya as the judge to preside over the court ruling for South Sudanese.

When and where could you allow your neighbor to take responsibility of your family affairs when you are not able to do your own things? South Sudanese get awake and sit down to discuss your own issues before adding salt into your wounds.

There are so many cases that South Sudanese do face in Kenya and most of you have heard and seen them with your bare naked eyes. Have our previous Kenyan held cases met justice at hand? Of course not! Whether you have a right or not, you must be charged heavily just because you are a South Sudanese.

You can never trust a hyena to take care of the flock. There is a common say from Kenyans that, South Sudanese have money. What do you think will help our leaders from them when normal citizen are suffering in the Kenyan’s hands while jobless?

They knows government has oil money which is the main problem that has put our country into fragile state now through conflict that was created by foreigners.

All of you have read and understood the AU’s report about South Sudan. It was designed purposely to eliminate leaders who have open eyes on South Sudanese issues so that the blind men will have chances of leading the nation through sycophancy of the foreigners.

The same foreigners are the ones who conducted investigations about crimes committed during the conflict of 2013. As South Sudanese, we need to encounter a tragedy in the establishment of hybrid court with its judges before bringing in Riek Machar who is their missionary.

Mark my words, the hybrid court was proposed for Dinkas only to be prosecuted so that their mighty claims will be reduced. We South Sudanese need to make it as a game.

Give ourselves rules, objectives and strategic constraints. The more creative thinking required, the better.
