February 6, 2016 (SSB)  —-  I find it difficult to think for an idea that can shift perceptions of my age group to accept my thought. I have this thought in the nearest future, my generation will took share of blamed for something they didn’t realised today they are part of it. Its obvious nobody will be young for forever, today elders were yesterday young and today young will be tomorrow elders it is just a flipping of a coin or simple life-chain circle.

Back to my point if history books felt to acknowledge my today role of condemning Jieng elders of being current government engine as many claimed instead put blamed on the neck of all citizens of South Sudan as they were the one who destroyed failed their country during president Kiir era. I will be more disappointed for the term generalisation applied but I didn’t know your feeling? Just pause there and think about it.

Our today frustration toward Jieng elders will neither rescue the county now nor even spare our nation from future conflicts in my view. I don’t mean we should follow their  foot step moreover I mean we need to create a conducive podium to convinced each other toward what we believe is right pathway to follow rather than  pulling a string of dismantled their associated.

My generation need to create unify pool of ideas than unify voices of condemnation to save the country from fallen to abysses. Youths and elders are now fallen in intensify deadlock of throwing blamed to each other. I have slimily shifted my views away from blaming neither anybody nor Jieng elders for everything; simply there is lack of self-acceptance among my young generations component of tribes comprised the country South Sudan. They didn’t even had a diversify perception of patriotic citizens of free county have.

They didn’t have the same mindset of young generations which should focus more for the betterment of tomorrow. Also young generation with Jieng heritages has to adopted lens of change whenever they argued current conflict in the country rather than practice too much monopoly-Len of blaming every fade on their Jieng elders. Also they should started worry for any future repercussions in hand of any reckless component groups of elders emerged  in nearest future if today cowardliness hold them back to grasped a bull on the horn to construct lifetime strategy with their elders.

Young generations of South Sudan must begin advocated for unity for all components of elders groups within the country to forge new relationship among them to lifted country out of current situation then hiding behind their tribal elders and eyeing on Jieng elders group only. This writer is kind of person who never denied to give credit where it belong, Jieng Council of Elders has this credit, they are well organised entity than any other entities, from top-up and down-bottom.

They have their leader and they resist any kind of criticism reaching their court by applied their leadership skills to address it very responsibly and argued their point of views very persistent compared to concerns individuals point of views which carrying no weight at all. I have to acknowledge negative objectives of JCE which has no ground in the 21st century.

The writer still not agreeing with one of their main objective principal bond known by everyone was for only not to allow cracking of light between president and his own people, in other word they didn’t want to see any groups emerged with mouth of to president ability of running the country which makes no sense.

To conclude my statement, blaming is a cousin of failure and dialogued is a brother of nation building; we as young generation have to forge close tied with Jieng elders for peace to prevail in the country. The only reason many of us blame Jieng elders was just because president is one of their own son and they are accused of much influences they got in presidential decision making which many folks took it as negative thought which will going to destroy the country instead of restorative thought.

Forging close tied with elders now will created a golden opportunity of arguing our thought toward change we deserved than pushing elders heads on the wall for equity future of generation who lack self-accepted. As young generation who are interested inherit future government, we need to affirm our commitments to support forthcoming transitional government of national unity.

We to pledge our full collaboration to join hands with all elders in the country today not tomorrow to find a common ground of working together to save a nation from next future conflicts. The best mechanism of our common ground are to focus more on those common things which united us as southerners  and put aside the few things that divide us, in which JCE group are one of pockets  few on the lists.
