Wikileak: Was Osama’s body flown back to US?

REUTERSFormer al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.Fresh doubts have emerged over the White House version of Osama Bin Laden’s death after leaked e-mails suggested the Al-Qaeda leader’s body may have been flown back to America.
According to the Obama administration, Bin Laden was buried at sea about 12 hours after his death, supposedly in keeping with Islamic tradition.
But e-mails hacked from a well-connected US intelligence company suggest the terror boss, who was shot and killed during a Navy Seal raid on his Pakistan compound, was taken back to America to be examined and then cremated.
Various details of the raid in May last year were contradicted in the wake of the shooting, including the initial report that Bin Laden used his wife as a human shield, but this is the first time such an important factor has been called into question.
The e-mails were allegedly obtained by the hacker group Anonymous from the US intelligence analysis firm Stratfor, and were part of more than 2.7million messages taken from the company’s servers and posted on the Wikileaks website.
In one, Fred Burton, vice-president for intelligence at Stratfor, wrote to a colleague at 5.51am on the day Bin Laden was killed, saying: ‘Body bound for Dover, DE on CIA plane. Than [sic] onward to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Bethesda.’
The Dover Air Force base in Delaware is the entry point for all US military casualties.
In an earlier e-mail,Burton said: “Reportedly, we took the body with us. Thank goodness.”
After the killing, some Muslim clerics said Bin Laden should have been given a full Islamic burial. Now conspiracy theorists are claiming that he may have been taken alive to America.
However, in his last communication at 3.10pm, the Stratfor executive appears to be more in tune with the White House version of events, writing: “Down and dirty done. He already sleeps with the fish…”
The e-mails were put online just days after Anonymous claimed they could provide “the smoking gun” for a number of crimes.
In a statement, Stratfor called the hacking attack a “deplorable, unfortunate – and illegal – breach of privacy”.
It added: “Some of the e-mails may be forged or altered to include inaccuracies; some may be authentic. We will not validate either. Nor will we explain the thinking that went into them. Having had our property stolen, we will not be victimised twice by submitting to questioning about them.”

Email leaked from Stratfor vice president for intelligence, Fred Burton
The whistleblower website Wikileaks has released the email belonging to Stratfor vice president for intelligence Fred Burton, in which he says “Reportedly, we took the body with us. Thank goodness.”
“Body bound for Dover, DE on CIA plane. Than (sic) onward to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Bethesda,” a subsequent email on the same day stated.
Burton goes on saying that “If body dumped at sea, which I doubt, the touch is very Adolph Eichman like. The Tribe did the same thing with the Nazi’s ashes. We would want to photograph, DNA, fingerprint, etc.”
However, in his last communication on the subject with George Friedman, Stratfor’s chief executive, Burton said “Down and dirty done, He already sleeps with the fish…”
The email is among a trove of five million messages hacked from the firm. Stratfor subscribers include major corporations, military officials and international government agencies. The US weekly business magazine Barron’s has likened Stratfor to a “shadow CIA”.
US President Barack Obama claimed that Osama bin Laden was killed by US forces on May 1 in a hiding compound in Pakistan.
A US official later announced that bin Laden’s body was abruptly buried at sea, falsely boasting that his hasty burial was in accordance with the Islamic law, requiring burial within 24 hours of death.
However, burial at sea is not an Islamic practice and Islam does not have a timeframe for burial.
US officials also claimed their decision for a sea burial was made because no country would accept bin Laden’s remains, without elaborating on which countries were actually contacted on the matter.
In another stunning example of “Obama Transparency,” Wikileaks documents reveal that Osama’s body was not buried at sea, as the Obama regime claimed, but was flown to the US on a CIA plane. Why? Great question. Ask Leon Panetta, since he was the one who ordered the raid that killed bin Laden. It’s probable that he knows the answer.
If we ask one question that the CIA does when an event like this occurs, we come up with a partial answer. Who benefited is the question.
It might be the US government that wanted his body available for some reason. If they wanted him gone for good, they would have actually buried him at sea. But that raises yet another question. Was Obama/Panetta afraid that someone would recover the body from the ocean floor, and how he was killed would create problems for the United States?
Another question that will probably go unanswered, if even asked, is does the body still reside here in the US, or has it been disposed of and forever unrecoverable? We’ll probably never know the answers to any of these questions.
