RIEK MACHAR AGREED TO BECOME THE ASSISTANT PRESIDENT
Dear people of South Sudan,
I want to inform you that Riek Machar agreed to become the ASSISTANT PRESIDENT in the interim government that would be formed. IGAD countries agreed that President Kiir shall form an interim government that will include the followings:
1. SPLM-Alqaeda of Riek Machar will get 15% of power-sharing. Riek Machar will become the ASSISTANT PRESIDENT because Wani Igga will remain in his place as the VICE-PRESIDENT;
2. SPLM-detainees will get 2% of power-sharing;
3. SPLM-DC will get 10% of power-sharing;
4. SPLM-in-Government will get 53% of power-sharing;
