February 27, 2016 (SSB)  —  Until philosophers rule as kings or those who are now called kings and leading men genuinely and adequately philosophize, that is, until political power and philosophy entirely coincide…cities will have no rest from evils…there can be no happiness, either public or private, in any other cities if soldiers are ruling the nation’s. Supposed the philosopher’s kings according to Plato in the “Republic” lead the cities.

Perhaps, philosopher kings back in the days in Greek cities changed the whole great cities due to best education in paradigm paradox in that era. I attest it in west world as they perceived great mammoth, momentum and surpassed of democracy but third world countries like south Sudan, Somalia and DRC whereby government are vulnerable and ruled by dictatorial regimes and majority are rule by solider government such as south Sudan, Uganda and the like rather entrusted power to light-minded peoples those who acquainted and cognizance from school of thought.

Basically, soldiers are good to protect common citizens from imminent attacks or coerce either internal or external threat.  mostly, countries are modeled to accept the status quo in the sense that they accept the fact that they are ruled and controlled by the military regime powers thus dictators prove themselves with army’s to kill fragile people.

South Sudan is chosen nation and endowed with great potentials for instance minerals, Labor force and great fertile soil which boost agriculture. Instead, those minerals which God gave them can be used to suit the interest of common citizens such like meeting determination factors to development for instance schools, health cares, roads, rule of law and better economic then those few aristocratic elitist grab opportunities and misused them therefore they invited war to the country’s due to lack of knowledge to anticipate peace and war.

The problem is that it’s covered and swallowed by corrupt individuals who are greedy and got no vision or goals of empowering its own people and that occurs due to lack of philosophy mind in leadership. Only need is to enrich themselves nothing big. Another concern is that developed countries are using the developing nature of this countries to grow each and single day forgetting that they are the reason these countries are not developed because of their greedy struggle and partition or rather colonialism.

The aid provided by the western world is just used to make Africa vulnerable and poor each and every single day. In a nutshell I would blame our people for accepting power without ambition and leadership prowess .they soldier poor government in Africa make Africa a poor and pathetic continent enhance, they don’t have mind of development and democracy. They are always insecure because of little education they have.

Government should be rule by legal mind and leadership skills. With the reference to south Sudan contemporary issues, citizens are vincible and unguarded to government agencies because of weak institutions such as like of civil society, human rights are prompt to sophistry to government because of self-center vastly different from other countries other than the intended recipient of the most popular and it’s not like the idea of what the jeopardize and derogatory to economic growth of the country.

Moreover, with this messes of economic delinquent, unknown guns men killing people unknowingly, weak constitution, rampant corundum of corruption ,80 percent population in dire extemporaneous Poverty-stricken ,absent of political rights .the above solution to fathom and delve the common good for common citizens. They should adopt immolation of streets vendor, demonstration and protest until their voice is heard by democratic – machinery engineers countries or they choose to be marginalized by the monopoly and the will be poor and poorer and rich will be richer then widen the class n increase enmity

Nelson Mandela quote it that, no problem is so deep that it cannot be overcome, given the will of all parties, through dialogue ,discussion and negotiation rather than force violence. Our own politicians adopt aggressiveness of protecting their seat and refurbished reinvent through coup to oust others by coerce and threat for their own benefit to cling to power in a darker sinister manner.

Thus, they few collaborators and vulnerable youth’s group are given daggling carrots to protect tribes, clans and clientele interest it pave pitiable way for corruption dramatically, and political sectarianism emerged as the oligarchy rule
