March 4, 2016 (SSB) — I wrote an article a month ago concerning allocation of powers sharing in newly created Jonglei. Now it came as fact and this is a critical time we must stand tall as Duk county citizens and Twic east (Bor north).it is confirmed the methodology use by our close cronies is divide rule tactic used by British during colonial period.
Aguer was overrated as an angel when he was appointed by the President of the Republic of South Sudan Kiir Mayardit under no.36 /2015 decree.
However, he was mistaken as a messiah who can liberate Jonglei people from wage of sin like Jewish expectation from Jesus. Dramatically, he fall into the pit like previous rulers. Aguer polished his political ambition into a den of lion.
Col Aguer Panyang your trumpet and orchestra to greater Bor counties equivalent to that of Jesus into Jerusalem but you forgot it on your arrival back to juba. I guess you will have a sleepless nights throughout transition government due to your bad advisors. Those driving force behind you will crucified you.
However, Jieng quote in their culture that “rāp aceke e lec ne yőr”…… people were overjoyed with ululation and offered gift to their messianic Aguer yet they didn’t know that he will subterfuge and tarnish his coat to linen cloth of Juda after assuming the governorship portfolio.
I urge my Duk county and Twic east to look into this matter because it is a beginning of marginalization .If Twic east don’t look into this matter then it will give them wound.
Moreover, Aguer is a Machiavelli of the 21 first century. He doesn’t look into his own people will. He work with few autocrat He told Duk people’s to perseverance with allocation of powers sharing in newly created Jonglei. Why are we silence in Jonglei? Jonglei state people vested their ears in olden era of Aguer Panyang time in Panyagor back in 1993-4-5 when he worked with WFP at that time.
Good enough his color wasn’t seen. He demonstrated Good work by giving relief to designated places. Relief used to be dropped at Panyagor airstrip.
He was progressively working well with community activities and serving people will even though there were some mild and mirage. Aguer was a servant of people but now he camouflage. He forgot people interest. But I couldn’t blame him because politico is dynamic in human history. He must be flexible to suit his interest anyway.
He must be sophistry to elites in government. It is said that, if you want to test the ability of man then give him leadership. Comet turn one in life time. Political quote said that; “end justify the mean”.
Aguer Panyang might have been indoctrinated by some cronies and dominant political mediocre. Greater Bor is for all. We citizens must stand up for unity and egalitarian force. We cannot be divided by minor thing which can be resolved by few individuals.
I call upon my Duk county dudes to be vigilant and claim our share amicably rather vulgar.
My elders, youths are branded in one basket by sinister counties brothers as vulnerable because we are always peaceful but we are wrongly stereotypes of anger epoxy
This issue is not simple, layman can understand it.
However, I call Kiir Mayardit government to intervene with titillating architecture in resorting this issues because we can’t accept the allocation of 2 ministerial positions. 3 MPs, ratio of 3:6:12 is an ambiguous.
It is said that, No blind can’t lead a blind. Bor County can’t lead wise people.
It is warning to Bor county because you can’t betray your own brother who you share a mother with at such time of eating. You must share one thing to please you all. If we work per 2008 census then we are wrong. It was reputed by the President as null and void and shouldn’t be used to determine power sharing in 2011. “He said”.
It is sung in different songs that we Duk patriot are brave as banger but sisters forgot it. We use diplomacy. Thus, this surpassed peaceful way. Aguer Panyang can’t be sway by politics of chimpanzees and other primates. Aguer should know that we are not imbecile which can be convince to take 1%share out of 100%. It is pure politics of roving banditry in a jungle; it is a mere walk in the park to nagging the development and progress.
I applaud to the nominees minsters of Duk county for disowning the swearing into their respectively office. It shows we do speak in one voice.
To my Twic east brothers and sisters, the dangling carrots allocation is unfavorable to whole. Bor County want to culminate bad neighborhood.
Notwithstanding, It is similar to the story of lion and cows, there were 3 cows with different spot on them as mark to identify themselves. The black, white and brown. The lion tell the white and brown to eliminate black because of it color as dull. They all agreed to abrogate black and it was accomplish while not knowing they are the next target.
The lion ate black but after 2 days later the lion ate them one by one using that cleverly tactic. Coming to our context. Bor County want to eliminate Duk County and be friend to Twic east as good people. Twic east will lately face it rough because of bad harmony develop near them
Even though we will be given our share as per our claim, in future we will not rest because politico division begun in Jonglei.
In nutshell, this issues of power wrangle in greater Bor counties has been the subject for years. It begun as the appointment of minsters in 2012 by which Bor county smorgasbord them vigorously. They took 3 positions. Where does that work on earth for few to represent entirely population of 11 counties?
Respectively, ambassadors were appointed lastly by the President and Bor County has 4.is that allocation fair? Or does it define politics? Conclusively, we must seek another allies or annexation or alternatively remain independent as state.
