April 4, 2016 (SSB) —- Life’s greatest dangers often that turn bad some time not from external enemies only but from our supposed hungry leaders, elders, colleagues and friends, who cheat and went on to pretend before our president of the Republic to say they will work for the common good of civil population of this country while they are causing more mess to sabotage us and steal our ideas for their gaining interests. Although, in the community in which people are given chance to exercise their community activities as all of us belong, you must observed the appearance of consideration and civility, all intimidation leveled against us as we also learn how we shall defeat them one by one no matter what great deal of money promise or paid to Gogrial state by the man bind the bus.
This author keeps an eyed throughout the day to instill doubts and uncertainties in such ways in Gogrial state to get state government to think too much and act defensively over the state affairs. The victory which President Salva Kiir Mayardit after, is to appoints a strong qualified person who has shown quality of leadership through equality and justice for all to make sure that the state government protect its citizen whose he bow not to go back to war so that our people could not supper again including the greedy and power struggle politicians in an isolate place and Make them not to hang themselves through their own self-destruction tendencies leaving Aguok Kuei community blameless and clean in the image of neighbors.
The worst of this is that the governor of Gogrial state will often have to fight fronts at once facing elders of Aguok Kuei community and from the side of the man said to be another governor hiding, the (businessman Mr. Makiir Gai) while Abraham Gum ,also working to secure his governorship position an exhausting and debilitating struggle. It was confirm in one of the close secret meeting called by Makiir Gai with the youths whose their names withheld with author at his resident during Aguok community leadership campaign, he said back in formerly Warrap state at the appointment of Hon; Akec Tong Aleu as governor of state. I Makiir Gai had entirely sacrificed my resources to make sure my people a appeared in Akec Tong government and definitely with appointment of , Santino Akot Abiem, minister of social welfare without ministry order of establishment. Kuanyin Kuanyin Agoth who was appoints commissioner of Gogrial west apart from the three (3) men that were recommended by entirely Aguok community. Mr. Kuanyin Kuanyin fulfill his duties of his appointment by imposing himself first to be Acting chairman of community and later move in and said he appoint his long friend Makiir Gai as chairman while Akot Abiem was reserved for the toughest deals Makiir’s favor in the state.
Till in Oct last year when president create (28) states as a response to bring opportunity and services closers to the people of South Sudan. Makiir continued with double effort finally to make Abraham Gum being appointed as the first governor of Gogrial state, Akot Abiem, deputy governor and the rest of his group in ministerial position and commissioners in Gogrial state.
Since people theoretically on the same side usually do their best to maintain the appearance of being team players working for the greater goodness of this country and Aguok community, Abraham Gum, the governor of Gogrial state made statement to the members of Aguok-Chiek community on 17 March 2016 during counties tour and campaign, he was quoted saying, Aguok members must give up their community leadership to Makiir Gai so that he can feed the hungry population of Aguok community while he (Gum) is not son of Aguok to interfere in community affairs and if he thought he was in his capacity as governor to having said, the businessman can feed the whole Aguok community apart from the state government instead of one community in the state, then the governor should have given him or resign from his bigger governorship position and let Makiir take it over so that he can feed all Gogrial state communities.

Attacking or intimidation ourselves will only make us look bad and be rejected in the eye of the president including you Mr. Governor and your deputy Akot Abiem. We need to adopt a form of warfare an end. Development by history’s savviest courtiers is based on two simple premises. First your rivals harbor the seeds of their own self-destruction and other rivals who are made to feel defensive and inferior, however subtly will tend to act defensive and inferior to his or her detriment.
People‘s personalities always form around weakness, character flaws, unconventional emotion. People who feel needy or who have a superiority complex or are afraid of chaos or desperately want order will develop a personality-a social-mask-to cover up their flaws and make it possible for them to present a confident, pleasant responsible exterior to the world. But the mask is like the scar tissue covering a wound, touch it wrong way and it hurts if Abraham Gum and his deputy are not aware in Gogrial state. Our victims’ responsibilities start to go out control, the governor has shown the arrogance so hard to conceal and for moment the mask could falls.
The thoughts which are picked up by mere chance in Gogrial state are thoughts which have been released by other mind of businessmen who give Abraham Gum conditions to employed their love one or no funds. The author is laying the foundation for the presentation of a fact of great importance to the person who does not understand why some people appear to be lucky? While others might be of equal or greater ability. It because, training, experiences and brain capacity sometime seem that every human being has the ability to completely control his/her own mind, and with this control, obviously, everybody may open his/her mind to the tramp thought which are being released by other brain, or close the doors tightly and admit only thoughts of his own choice. Nature has endowed our poor population in this country with the absolute control over but one, everything which human being create begins in the forms of a thoughts, leads one very near to the principle by which fear may be mastered. If you demanded riches, one should first of all think of what determine form and how much will be required to satisfy the public demands. We have been given a road map which will keep you on the road and if you neglected it to make the start or stop before you arrive, no one will be blame, but you. This responsibility is yours. It’s sufficient to destroy one’s chance of achievement in any undertaking.
This worried of corruption and tribalism paralyzes the reasoning capacity building scheme for young entrepreneurs, destroying the true imagination, kills off self-reliance motivates, undermines enthusiasm, discourages initiative, leads to uncertainty of purpose, encourages procrastination, wipe out enthusiasm and make self-control impossibility. We want a leader with the ability to rule effectively for sustained periods benefits us significantly from processes of consultation and cooperation that take account of the varied needs and views represented at the national level in delivering on its promises to improve the conditional for poor ones in Gogrial state particularly in fragile and post conflict areas formerly known in Greater Gogrial.
It take the charm from one’s personality, destroy the possibility of accurate thinking, diverts concentration of effort, it masters persistence, turns the will-power into nothingness, destroy ambition, discourages friendship and invites disaster in hundred forms, leads to sleeplessness, misery and unhappiness. All this despite the obvious truth that we live in a world of overabundance of everything the heart could desire, with nothing standing between us and desire excepting lack of definite purpose. Some of my fellow South Sudanese will believe and rightly so, that there are other forms of riches more importance than money.

It was so funny to see this structure of Gogrial state government apart from the governor of the state, How was the appointment of deputy governor Santino Akot Abiem and right Hon; speaker Madam Atong Manyual received by the president? I may also ask if my readers could briefly tell me, what the fear most in their life between peaceful atmosphere environment for all or for himself? Because I described the other resources including Money as only clam shells or metal discs, there are treasures of the heart and soul which money cannot buy at all, because most people being broke, they will be unable to keep their mind and sustain their spirits again.
Economic crisis Past, Present and Future Linkages in the country are all about job creation that remains the key measure of success for economic efforts everywhere. But the time in which all jobs were good jobs were created to a certain extent is almost going to begin increasingly the bifurcated, featuring high tech, high wage jobs on one hand and low wage jobs in the service sector on the other. Don’t president asks what is behind the appointment of Atong Manyual for Makiir Gai to order the block of qualified man who undergone with different filed of studies and specialization, Hon; Ref Fr Amet Amet Kuol who cannot be only the speaker but can contributes toward the development of rules of laws and independent justice for all?. Many middle class and medium wage jobs earners have been downsized due to economic austerity measures automatically or have gone off shore, because economics find themselves struggling to create jobs that deliver the good kinds of wages and benefits that were standardize human lives.
Who ever want governor seat in Gogrial after Abraham Gum, should first of all ask himself or herself the types of his/her human being and level of his/her education on how well he/she could manage the needs of our communities and South Sudanese at the large?. Could next coming governor clean the government charges of corruption, nepotism and tribalism from the civilian minds? We have seen that low investment in state leads to low human capital accumulation, literally meaning low health services, low infrastructure and low educational services and in turn people end up in or find they arriving at the point of achieving nothing to innocent citizens. Thus, it made the expectation from this governor not warmly received as before simply of his failure to intervene in community issues as government not as a sultan. The success and peaceful coexistence of Gogrial state communities means a lot to their neighbors as we are rebuilding to fight out the illiteracy and requires new strategies, new partners, new goals and new metrics of success. A leader who must make sure the promotion of ethic to our people must prevail.
Building Gogrial state will ensures continue to focus on these issues into the future. It is important to remember that we have already proposed secures Gogrial state created some important new tools to aid the economic to our favorable businessmen and businesswomen who had already seen many expand over the past five years. We have opportunities in agriculture that need hard work of the employers and employees with the wise policy decisions made to preserve a strong services delivery. This is a serious matter and it deserves serious attention from state officials. It is important to be thorough and comprehensive even if doing so takes more time. Our goals moving forward are fold to continue to cooperate in any way to recover misappropriated state funds if possible and to use these extensive audits and reviews to find ways to improve our processes. The author share those public concerns and hope we will all work together this year to develop our state statute and address issues on stability and more transparency for all. H E Salva Kiir Mayardit Will makes sure that he will remove out unnecessary red tape in Gogrial state government so that we celebrate the statehood.
