A Poor and wise community leader is better than a foolish rich tycoon

May 25, 2016 (SSB) — All of us need to develop our civil population not because we are as poor as you think but, it’s time to put in action all what we acquired along our struggle back as services to our beloved people in Aguok community and South Sudanese at large. There are so many ways we can develop our community without talking of Makiir money, or money that. As we have seen it in other neighboring communities bordering us.
What had happen in Gogrial town on 29/march/2016 was just a traders union Association and was not a community Association as it was claimed. Because the leadership that was imposed on people of Aguok by the unknown or outsiders people will be leadership for those who are known in numbered not Aguok Kuei community.
How many times have Aguok Kuei community been said affirm on Makiir Gai? How did all of you feel when the all Paramount chiefs did not attend forgery leadership? According to what many people had agreed was that the community leadership is not one person own as his /her. It is public duties to collectively put our hands together through unity of our people, love, sporting and more activities among others.
Community leadership is not simply things that only illiterate individual have to deal with like what Makiir Gai is doing with his friends, community leadership needs an intellectual person with good record, respect and trust given to him /her by his people like in other neighboring communities e.g. Professor Dr Atem Aduol, Apuk community leader, Hon, Lual Achuil Kuac community leader,Agassio Akol Tong, Awan Mourkuau community leader, senior politician Hon. Bona Malual Madut,Twic community leader. Based on the resolutions made by five(5) men committee headed by paramount chief Sultan Edward Nyang Kuel Ayok, chairman of five members high level committee that were selected from (15) members from four (4) payams of Aguok Kuei community by the former governor of the Warrap state, Hon; Nyandeng Malek in Dec/2014/2015 in Aguok Kuei 4th conference where Hon. Ludoviko Lual Aken has won the community trust to nominate him as their Aguok Kuei community leader as follow hereafter with satisfaction of Aguok community as whole

What I wanted to say here is that, community leadership needs someone who would at less read and writes so that he can help writing projects and give them to the government, UN and other donors to fulfill community work. We should not rely on individual who we do not know where on earth he gets rich.
am asking you my people of Aguok Kuei, if you want to take money from what so called rich tycoon man, please do it with respect and proper way that cannot divide our lovely united Aguok Kuei but all of you run out of ideas on how to get money, please contact me so that I can give you business living ideas.
Makiir tried by all mean to disorganize for us our strong united Aguok Kuei community by paying his money to make all things possible for his own interest neither in the community nor in Gogrial state government. When was meeting held in Juba to prior going home for conference Hon Duwar Deng Duwar, and other representatives? How can Hon. Duwar deny following Makiir for his own interest and liar to our people that he was delegate to go and speak on our behalf by whom? And where? Because we know Hon. Duwar represents just small part of Aguok Kuei and more part from Awaan community. There are other rich people in South Sudan but they are not fighting their innocent communities over the leadership because they want to rule by their money.
Makiir Gai manage to pay big sum amount of money to the state authority so that he abuse the powers of state government by naming our counties and said to commissioners that there will be no border between this county and that county, how on earth does that happen?
