AU refuses to budge on plan to send troops to South Sudan

Video posted on Jul 25, 2016: The African Union has refused to backtrack on decisions made at the Kigali summit earlier this month. It is determined to send in a regional protection force to South Sudan. The AU says the deployment is in the best interests of the people of South Sudan.
