Dear Mr. President,

August 7, 2016 (SBB) — According to the South Sudan Transitional Constitution Preamble, we, the People of South Sudan are:

Recalling our long and heroic struggle for justice, freedom, equality and dignity in South Sudan;

Remembering and inspired by the selfless sacrifices of our martyrs, heroes and heroines;

Dedicated to a genuine national healing process and the building of trust and confidence in our society through dialogue;

Determined to lay the foundation for a united, peaceful and prosperous society based on justice, equality, respect for human rights and the rule of law;

Committed to establishing a decentralized democratic multiparty system of governance in which power shall be peacefully transferred and to upholding values of human dignity and equal rights and duties of men and women;

Conscious of the need to manage our natural resources sustainably and efficiently for the benefit of the present and future generations and to eradicate poverty and attain the Millennium Development Goals.

Dear President Salva Kiir Mayardit,

We are writing to you and your entire administration to protest your abrupt decision to accept and permit the deployment of the foreign forces after you had rejected it two weeks ago in the interest of South Sudanese citizens who later took to the streets nationwide to demonstrate in protest of the possible invasion and intervention of these alleged foreign forces.

On August 5th, the media reports state that your government and the AU have reached an agreement in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to deploy the maximum of 500 as a protection forces for Dr. Riek Machar. Is this true really? Mr. President, your preemptive decision without consulting the wider South Sudanese over this potential detriment of permitting the foreign forces to invade South Sudan in our watch is a despicable disappointment and betrayal of South Sudan national pride and dignity before the region and international saboteurs and foreign opportunists and traitors who are looking for the shortest cut to try to destabilize and exploit our nation into more chaotic anarchy and tribal hegemony for their economic and financial gains.

Mr. President, the nationwide demonstration protests which were held across South Sudan 28 States were the national testimonials to the absolute objection of the foreign invaders (so-called foreign intervention forces because their mission is intended to cause further divisive chaos to exacerbate a full blown-conflict and instead of permitting yourself and your administration to be politically infiltrated and influenced by the advice of the foreign nations or friends or advisers who could be bribed by the very same saboteurs (western nations) who are funding these proposed invasive forces in the pretext of peacekeeping mission when in fact their hidden agenda is to come and arm, replenish, supplement and aid the rebels forces of Dr Riek Machar to topple your regime by instigating more internal infighting in Juba and then install Dr. Riek as the successive replacement in case their mission is successful.

This conspiracy theory by the western nations and their proxy IGAD or AU countries who are receiving million dollars funds in exchanges for their volunteer forces who are about to carry out this covert military operations in South Sudan would likely surprise your national security operatives and intelligence information with intended confidential operations dubbed as an alleged peacekeeping mission. You should not trust also too much in M7 of Uganda over his advice because he himself could be bribed by the same foreign conspirators and regional agents so as to betray and abandon the national cause of South Sudan. This argument of mistrusting M7 for advice could be attested and substantiated by the sophisticated assassinations of our late comrade and leader, Dr John Garang in a helicopter crash from Uganda, under which a highly classified and advanced covert operation and intelligence was funded, coordinated, and facilitated by the Ugandan assassins. You never know you could be tipped off by these regional heads of States or M7 himself who might had involved indirectly or directly in the death of your predecessor, John Garang after the 21 days following the signing of the CPA in Kenya.

Mr. President, the list of outrages could go on endlessly because these grievous dissatisfaction and disappointment tantamount to the national betrayal of the sovereignty of South Sudan after the citizens have demonstrated patriotic solidarity behind your administration in objection to the foreign forces.

The intended policy of these western nations and their proxies in South Sudan purports to uphold the peacekeeping mission and democracy, yet their hidden agenda is to purge a legitimately elected government under your presidency by aiding and abetting the most violent and reactionary forces of Dr. Riek Machar to grab power all in the name of enforcing the peacekeeping mission, civilian protection and stability in South Sudan. This begs the question of how would you be easily lured and swayed by the hidden agenda of the hostile and illusive foreign forces whose intention is to preempt the violent aggression against your regime in a blink of an eye just to topple you and replace your presidential seat with your bitter, rival opponent, the leader of the rebels, Dr. Riek anytime.

Mr. President, the permission of the foreign intervention elements is detrimental to the interests of the peoples of South Sudan, as this hostile policy is intended to bolster and increase the sectarian instability and violence that could very easily spiral out of control in South Sudan in case they try to impose your replacement with the rebel leader. The policy of these foreign forces is against your government and its narrative is reminiscent of the other conspiracy theories which had been applied in some troubling nations in Africa.. We do not recognize and vehemently condemn your endorsement for the 500 forces, but the onus of rectifying this dangerous situation remains on your administration. You shall be surprised by the subsequent backlash of this predictable consequences of the foreign invaders’ provocative policy.

The atrocious incident of the recent military skirmishes in Juba should also serves as the reminiscence of the foreign forces’ future mission. We conclude this protesting letter of outrage at this incident in a national solidarity with the families and friends of the victims of the recent military clashes in Juba.

The SPLA Red Army Coalition of the Volunteer Patriots will continue to work for peace and express total solidarity with all citizens who are endangered by the rebellious upsurge in South Sudan generally.

The Possible Consequences of Permitting the Foreign Forces into South Sudan:

The possible mission of the foreign invaders is to trigger more internal strife and tribal division and sectarian armaments against the regime to stir the internal power wrangling and violence as a pretext for regime change.

The foreign forces have the tendency to topple Kiir and replace the presidency vacancy with the rebel leader, Riek whom they trust would implement the geopolitical interests and agendas of the westerners.

The UN Trusteeship is the hoax for an attempt to snatch power through the national anarchy of South Sudan as a pretext to seek foreign intervention.

The UNMISS has the tendency to encourage the continuation of the conflict in South Sudan as a pretext to extend their expired mandate.

The UNMISS armaments of the rebels is evidenced by the confiscation of the convoys loaded in Rumbek 2014 loaded with the shipment of the handful of arms and ammunition bounced for the rebels’ areas in Leer, Unity State by then. In Malakal, UNMISS had armed the IDPs to wreck violent havoc against the other tribes to justify for the UNMISS Mandate deadline extension. UNMISS is believed to have involved in recent military skirmishes in Juba (2016). The UN forces is illusive and ill-intended, and their mandates could be extended unilaterally.

The AU and IGAD are more interested and motivated to see the escalation of the South Sudan civil war and internal strife and military downfall as the matter of the continuing the commercialization of the conflict for their own national benefits. The AU and IGAD get lucrative funds in million dollars from the western nations who are pursuing their neo-colonialism agenda and geopolitical ambition over the natural resources in South Sudan. The Somalization, Rwandanization and Congonization is the mission intended.

The UN had classified documents of which the names of those who are listed to be wanted and targeted are names for the ICC trials or killed.

The foreign forces are the hired mercenaries to go after the South Sudan national resources and wealth to be exploited for their respective nations.

Conclusively, we urge and call upon the presidency to reject and denounce the intervention of the foreign forces with an absolute objection as a matter of preserving the national sovereignty and pride of South Sudan. We also call upon the presidency to declare the state of emergency and impose the martial law nationwide until this issue of the foreign forces is brought to the standstill and resolve amicably. The president should also declares and pronounces those politicians and citizens who are advocating for the foreign forces to invade South Sudan as the traitors who are conspiring, aiding and abetting the foreign invaders and aggressors to invade South Sudan because this is an intentional violation of the constitution of South Sudan which is indeed punishable by the death penalty. It is the duty of every citizen to uphold and abide by the Constitution and respect the laws of South Sudan. Every citizen shall in particular defend the country and respond to the call for national service in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the law of South Sudan, while also abhorring violence and promote harmony, unity, fraternity and tolerance among all people of South Sudan in order to transcend ethnic, religious, geographical, and political divisions in our nation of the RSS. Deterrence and defense of the nation must be prioritized now!

Sincerely,

Sirik Lang, on behalf of the Coalition of The Volunteer Patriots Diaspora, and our slogan mantra envisions. The Former SPLA Red Army Coalition of Volunteer Patriots stands for the ideological sustainability of our rooted revolutionary history and its struggles for democracy, social Justices,equality, and restoration of the nationalism and patriotism.
