Quenching off fire with fire: UNSC voting for additional 4,000 troop anger millions of South Sudanese

August 14, 2016 (SSB) — How the world body is handling conflict in South Sudan is totally an alarming to high tension and deteriorating present peaceful environment toward collapsing of peace agreement. I said recently in my last article, that IGAD, AU and UN are seen like solving South Sudan conflict but fuel it in another way around. SPLA as a national army + South Sudan rebels + 16,000 Strong UN troops = definitely destruction of South Sudan, no implementation of peace agreement in letter and spirit.
It is better to listen than to ignore or ignoring somebody may turn on your side and you may become a victim. If South Sudan total population is estimated 12 million, and 2 million turned rebels, 1 million supporting foreign troop’s intervention, and 9 million remained loyal to the government, democratically, will you ignore 9 million and support 1+2 million, then do you think you are really advocating for peace or war?
To make the matter worse, UN is putting old photos of earlier July when the fighting erupted again in J1 palace, Juba, and is now preaching propaganda that situation in South Sudan is alarming and deteriorating toward world peace, which is completely a liar like if the world is at peace and South Sudan is the only nation caught by conflict, and becomes a war zone, but America who denied to colonize South Sudan pushes UN to slap the young nation on face, while creating and provoke situation to escalate violent and to justify their troops intervention to the rest of the world that they are coming to rescue civilian lives, and we are now living peacefully in Juba, and in states.
We wonder when we heard on international news that South Sudan is in critical condition, and if you are outside South Sudan, you may not attempt to come, because of false and rumours of destructions.
The existence of three armies in South Sudan: especially national army who was tasked by constitution to protection state sovereignty, constitution, lives of citizens and their properties, the rebels groups who want South Sudan leadership by force, and UN forces who came 12 years ago to protected CPA, turned vigorously supporting rebels and being putted all together in the same box of Juba city is again a deadly trap of a child playing game of fire.
To justify my simple analysis, citizens of South Sudan whom UNSC voted yesterday to bring more foreign troops of 4,000 as their protection, protection of JMEC, and IDPs are much aggressive in red mood with UNMISS, than government of South Sudan. The present of UNMISS is the right compromise made by the government, but citizens who always go to streets of South Sudan cities and being ignore by world body don’t want to see UNMISS anymore.
In the above statement, the special representative of UN Secretary General in the Republic of South Sudan is aware of that because many letters from civil societies, chiefs, and local people were been issued to UNMISS compounds, in Embassies, and in diplomatic consulates in forms of frustrations.
Millions of South Sudanese especially citizens are more disappointed than government while their government is also rejecting any intervention of foreign forces as a violation of state sovereignty in the diplomatic tied. Some citizens are waiting reaction from the government side whether government will change mind as they always do which make IGAD and UN so much aggressive to nation or stand on feet. Millions of South Sudanese are disappointed today that their sovereignty, dignity, and territorial integrity as a state is violated according to international norms, and rules governing the world.
Warnings are convert to counsel people, that please don’t be disappointed because this is the request made by your cleverest sons who want to rule you with promises of Paradise blessings which the current government of Salva Kiir never reached to you according to them, bullying innocent populations, but mind you the story is not just end here with proposal of strong regional UN forces to the country. It is a long story which is not an intention for peace implementation and stability in South Sudan, but for the regime change which is not a simple task.
I write these things like joking but it is true. This is my experienced and I have to argue for it until the end of cold war. There is no fire quench off for fire. SPLA – National army + Rebels +16, 000 UN troops = destruction of South Sudan. Let the world body not deceiving us. We are even cleverer than them.
People are unrest now. They feel like to take law in their own hand, and drives UNMISS out of country, but there is legitimate President whom the citizens want hear from him. It is also their rights this time to urge the president not to compromise again like two armies during peace agreement in Addis Ababa, when citizens went on streets and call upon IGAD to drop the issue of two armies in the country but it was ignored.
This time citizens don’t want foreign troops intervention, because whatever South Sudanese predict come true. We don’t like war which is coming with you in the name of protection of peace in South Sudan.
Step aside IGAD, UN, America and let South Sudanese incorporate internal peace the way they did it in 2002 without regional and international bodies.
