The UNMISS and tribalism in South Sudan

August 16, 2016 (SSB) — The UNMISS and tribalism in South Sudan, tribalism is the state of being organized in, or advocating for a tribe or tribes. In terms of conformity, tribalism may also refer in popular cultural terms to a way of thinking or behaving in which people are more loyal to their tribe than to their friends, their country, or any other social group. Tribalism has been defined as a way of being based upon variable combinations of kinship based organization, reciprocal or give-and-take exchange, manual production, oral, communication, and enquiry.
Tribalism implies the possession or ownership of a strong cultural or ethnic identity that separates one member of a group from the members of another group. Tribalism is an epidemic disease that plunge the Country into unfortunate war with dragon and its angels. But the dragon lost the battle and its angels were given tickets to tour little a bit in Jungle. I know people will astonished and asks themselves, who is dragon and its angels? In short, dragon is Mr. Trouble and its angels are ghost spirits of prophecy.
So far so good, we have learnt enough a very unfortunate lessons from UNMISS. UNMISS background due to the recommendation of secretary general, the Security Council resolution 1996. The 2011 of 8th July, establishing the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) for initial period of one year, from 9th July, 2011, with the intention to renew for further periods as may be required. The mandate of UNMISS ended on the same date.
UNMISS objective in South Sudan is to consolidate peace and security, and help establish conditions for development in the Republic of South Sudan, with a view to strengthening the capacity of the government of South Sudan to govern effectively and democratically and establish good relations with its neighbors. Unluckily, the UNMISS have totally turned away from their rights mission to worthless, valueless, insignificant project and for that motivations UNMISS would have been given a unique name of UN’RMISS, stand at UN Rebels Mission in South Sudan or United Negatives Mission in South Sudan, UNMISS. UNMISS with all humanitarian organizations in the country have really abandoned their humanity work distorting these objectives and started rabble-rousing, provocative, inflammatory us to division or allotment with their unlimited support to rebellion business in South Sudan. UNMISS isn’t neutral and It’s my wish UNMISS basis should be close up from 28 States and bottom them in Juba HQ.
In other hand, UNMISS, US, EU, AU and IGAD were annoyed about CPA collapse after SPLA/IO fought with SPLA but it is our responsibility as South Sudanese to implement the Compromised Peace Agreement that was a shared job of international Organizations together with African Union and IGAD those who were been supported by erroneous civil Organizations in Addis Ababa. In fact, the Compromised Peace Agreement was signed on 17th August 2015 by SPLM\A, IO warlord Dr. Riak Machar and SPLM\A, IO helping verb Mr. Pagan Amum on behaved of G10 (SPLM FDs’) and finally was signed by H.E the president on 26th August, 2015 in Juba as observed and CPA was richen with so many reservations as stated, but IGAD plus were blinded due to their hazard intents in South Sudan.
South Sudanese realized that country is going to be invaded by foreigners therefore they demands further creation of more states. On Friday the 2nd October 2015 in SSTV which is now SSBC, the broadcasted establishment orders with quote of Article (101) of Transitional Constitution of South Sudan by H.E the president of the Republic of South Sudan comrade Salva Kiir Mayardit as order No: 36\2015 AD for the creation of long awaited decision of 28 States.
The move was welcomed by all South Sudanese and congratulates H.E the president for his brave decision of knocking down ten (10) states and ascertaining 28 States as people required. It was not prepared erratically but was long-term vision plant, at the same time it was the South Sudanese will. South Sudan had its own guidance principles known as justice, liberty, prosperity and equality. The free will and right is given to humankinds of universe, and then let’s be given a chance to ascendancy as we wishes. UNMISS, US, EU, AU and IGAD have been confused and they all called the government to revoke 28 states decision. But the president declined to revoke his decision because is internal affairs.
Naturally, is very hard for country person in charge to give his affairs to be run by foreigners, indeed is unbreakable to allow your country affairs to the others, but peace is priority and for that reason, the president has abandoned everything and endorsed the document; then, the enemies laugh to tears, but I was persuaded 100% percent that the peace is an atomic bomb. We all witnessed the checkpoint offensives, J1 fighting on 8th July and Jebel Kujur volcanic I was absolutely right, the peace was an atomic bomb as assumed. Isn’t too late, now onwards we shall decide our long-term objectives to safe this country from warthog’s team of US, UNSC, UNMISS, AU and IGAD.
In this case, I feel blame should be directed to the dragon and its angels for their poor calculation of wrong approach. Look at our relevant politicians those who have been pleading guilty regarding ethnicity in South Sudan. Consequently, there is no something wrong with decision of newly created States in no doubt is acceptable. The decentralization system was claimed by gluttony politicians to make believe as nationalist, but they were tribalists who dehydrated up with tribalism mutiny.
But all in all, we need good system; the good systems would have prevented the loss of people lives. But if there were and still is system in place the right of people decides to violate them, then there seems to be cartels somewhere to facilitate illegal deals. But who was or is still supposed to put in place and enforce the correct government systems? The South Sudan’s government, consisting of the executives, the legislatures and judiciary houses, they are sole authority to execute this essential national task on behalf of their citizens South Sudanese. It is a collective venture, involving all three arms of government and all government officials. South Sudan war and lost of its funds. Now who took and who wants to take the people’s resources and how many are they? Did foreigners partake in this unhealthy exercise? Yes.
