Dr. Machar Riek, the tool of Regime Change, experiencing the proverbial long walk to the presidency

August 23, 2016 (SSB) — Sometimes it is not any interesting to start a move that one doesn’t have a great confidence of success. The Khartoum and London learned Dr Riek Machar Teny of engineering science that later shifted to doing his doctorate in Philosophy and Strategic Planning had been dreaming high for Presidency even days before the independence of the country. But does he philosophically and strategically plan well of how to get to presidency?

The Rumbek Secondary School leaver was accepted in the University of Khartoum to specialize in engineering. However, with his ambition in leadership Machar applied for another social science specialization in Philosophy and Strategic Planning, a specialization that he thought would quickly excel him to a giant leadership position in politics.

It is not bad for any South Sudanese including Machar to pursue the interest of becoming a president. Any of the millions South Sudanese can be anybody they want to be in their nation; however, that of Dr Machar has become quite extraordinary. What benefit do we make out of wars and destructions of properties and intended killings of human lives just for quest of office?

If Dr Riek Machar wants Presidency he should strategically set wars out of his mind and begin a new march to the Presidential Palace. Again if he wants to rule South Sudan then he must stay away from the Western support. There is no any reason for him to continue grooming the West to install him into the office, all the way from Washington and London, only because he wants to sit in Juba’s Palace.

This is a long way and treacherous path to arrive to J1 Residence. Somebody might have advised him wrongly that African presidencies are taken over by military powers. But has he succeeded one in Juba?

The truth is that the West are making Dr Machar as a tool for regime change while Machar is making use of Nuer innocent active youths and Generals to fight for America in order to re-colonize South Sudan.

There are two parallel strategies and interests joined together only to be fought by one man Dr Riek. America is aiming higher for resources after the regime change while Machar thought being called President Riek Machar only to smile at the cameras at least with a new title.

Our naive Philosopher (Dr Machar) has been lied to by the West; that he must fight the war in order to be the President. Had the West made Dr Garang the President of New Sudan? Know that Dr Garang was friendlier to the West than the today’s Riek Machar.

The question is: if the West & UN had not protected the life Dr John Garang de Mabior (friend) will they really manage to install Mr. Machar to office and allow him to enjoy his term?

Machar should know that it is not United States, United Nations or IGAD that appoints Presidents of the nations, to continue killing civilians and hope for presidency. In the factual logic, it is the people of that particular country that elect their presidents and even proclaim them to be leaders.

The relationship of Mr. Machar with the West and the UN is annoying because the UN has become a trademark of regime change in Africa and agent of America foreign policies.

Again there is this wrong belief of education profile of being PhD holder in connection as a qualification of South Sudan presidency. Did Joseph Lagu and Garang rebel against the North Sudan in 1955 and 1983 respectively because the Heads of government by then were not PhD holders in the Sudan?

Does it make any sense for the country to send Salva Kiir out of Palace because he doesn’t hold a PhD? In reality Garang fought against Arabs not because he was a PhD holder but because of bad characters of: islamization, Arabization, marginalization, suppressions and lack of democracy in the Sudan.

Yes at times we might study to acquire documents including PhD but leadership is a different character that is not only earned in school but at time gifted from God. What sense does it make to acquire knowledge and use it to kill your people because you want to rule them?

How would you describe Dr Machar as a potential president if he always drives soldiers to fight in Juba or in Nasir against civilians because he must mount to the presidential throne?

The relationship between the Wests will one day end and Machar will speak sense. While he roars out in bushes as a giant fighter, he is the very man responsible of increasingly soaring the relationships between the Nuer and the Dinka.

While he assumes to be the hero of Nuer he is the most coward man and has badly blindfolded majority and fearless Nuer youths to be killed in all his decades of political experience in Sudan and South Sudan in quest for power and his planned senseless wars that he succeeded none.

The path to Presidential Palace in South Sudan for Dr Riek Machar Teny has become very long way to complete as UN continues to strategize for regime change under Dr Machar supervision.

  1. Don’t blame Riek Machar always if we don’t have riek we couldn’t had very big freedom that lead some of us always stay drinking alcohol and having sexual intercos with young ladies, and thiers aged above 65 and blaming riek. ngundeng said he will finished you one by one believe me any hatred against riek will die b4 getting him.

  2. Mr. Arrik, let me tell you how much is the new System of culture and norms obtained from the western world has miserably destructed people’s lives in Africa. The western countries are looking for the ways of coming back to Africa and do other colonization that is why you saw them in the position of not telling the truths, but they know who’s wrong , and for their interest, they decided to let it go that way.
Academy education under the western culture and norms of life has became to be misinterpreted in places like South Sudan. Those of South Sudan nationals, they believe that if you excelled in academic education and obtained PhD, then you can be every thing, nothing is difficult for you because you are a PhD holder. That’s what is in the mind of Dr. Lam Akol, Dr. Riek Machar , Dr. Adwok Nyaba and so on. They intend not to listen to nobody except those ones with PhD. They decided that if it’s not one of them is allowed to lead South Sudan, then they have to destroy nation of south Sudan by making up ill- stories against the current government. Miss perceptions of academic education in South Sudan has great negative impact on innocent citizens. All those outdated PhDs, I have mentioned above plus have been the blockage to success of South Sudan’s objectives since 1990s. To me, I believe those guys are full of chronic and genetic Jealousy and selfishness in their minds and heart . They have been practicing this characteristics for so long and it has becomes now a disease to the entire country . Culture of Jealousy and selfishness is now started destroying South Sudan . Those guys they don’t sit down and reason out that what they are upto is too dangerous to the nation.
