Dear James Ladu Modi: J-1 is not a place for taking tea to compare with custom market

September 4, 2016 (SSB) — In response to James Ladu Modi‘s column name (The Truth) title, who are we to threaten the UNSC? Publish by Juba monitor daily English newspaper on Friday 2/9 2011.As if he, (James Ladu) still don not know himself up to now. But for me and the rest of my readers, it was on the 9/July 2011, when we have known ourselves as citizens from the Republic of South Sudan. Meaning, an Independent country from any foreign rules on this World apart from doing it for the interest of South Sudan government policy like what just writer who supposed to rename his column from truth, James Ladu fail here to understand.
Doesn’t he, James Ladu have age assessment certificate, Nationality, Boma, Payam, County State, Country or are is he not relying on South Sudanese Pound in order to identify himself where do he belong? According to South Sudan Compromise Peace Agreement not like Sudan Comprehensive Peace Agreement which was planes and force on the elected government of South Sudan by UNSC, AU and some countries in IGAD in August 2015 at freedom Hall signed by the president Salva Kiir Mayardit has comes to effect not because of the agreement articles fulfilled but because of symphysis and love of South Sudan government to it citizens.
The Agreement said, there will be two armies in one country, two commanders-in-chief, two chief of general staff, Demilitarization of Juba city, president cannot act as the head of state unless approves by opposition leader, sharing in all states and national government across South Sudan. South Sudanese were in shames when the President of the Republic was insults as stupid by the both people you are talking and South Sudan government negotiation team did not fallout from searching for peace.
Although South Sudan government at the end was withdrawing its red line from the reservation list e.g. two armies in one country, Demilitarization of Juba and coming of advance team with their heavy machine guns to Juba city and etc were all accepts for the sack of peace. Finally, in April 26/2011, Riek Machar came back to Juba and he (Riek) never say any apology to gathered South Sudanese neither on his arrival nor during his staying here with us.
South Sudan has sovereignty to declared principle of its own country policy. No country apprehends or affects to apprehend to another country provocatively or its ways of their policy designs. It will hold its own sovereignty, it will not submit to invasion, but if other nations do not interfere with South Sudan than, South Sudan will not interfere with them too.
He (James) said, UN Security Council thought wisely to send their more additional troops to South Sudan to protect the lives of South Sudanese from dying like flies but after hearing the UN Security Council resolutions, the government of South Sudan was unhappy claiming that it is in control of the current situation in the country. In which some of politician and youths among others term it as the intervention and invasion, he also agrees to say that, many people said it’s a regime change made by UN Security Council resolution mandate without proper analysis understanding as why UN is sending more regional troops to South Sudan? Was it a lair to you James? Are you not a shame of what Riek Machar did on 7/8 of July 2016 at presidential palace, who have done this like Riek in the world?
Though South Sudan is now in one of those critical moments due the economic crisis, the history for a long time to come, may depend on the conduct and on the estimation of South Sudanese people. Such a moment is difficult to say whether by their bad wishers to South Sudanese or action of our own South Sudanese who kills effectually turning enemies and create to injurious misconception against country policy and people as well.
Every nation is entitled to say No as a matter of Intervention or protection according to their saying (UN), not because it wrong.
But because UN have no objection to Intervene. The goods of other Nations to invade or interfere are not one of the things they care for the innocent’s civilians in that country, but they are willing to interfere or invades and by interfering or invading, they can loot things for themselves and not easy to leave that country. There is scarcely and necessity to say writing of James Ladu to describes the country’s palace J1 State House as place for taking tea like custom market shows that there must be———– but am afraid to tell him instead he James Ladu response me later because James’s language is not a correct exponent of your thoughts.
James said UN has done miraculous job which South Sudan fail to do, presence of UN peace keepers help South Sudanese from the killing slaughtered like chicken and goats. Nothing more UN has done to South Sudanese than only supporting the rebels former (FVP) Riek Machar to kills people on their ethnicity bases and if James Ladu think killing innocent people is miraculous job for him than all of us may not be sure whether James doesn’t know what he is talking about?
If our actions make it impossible for the most prejudiced observer to believe that we aim at or would accept any sort of mercantile monopolies, this has no effect on their minds but to make them think that we have chosen a more cunning way to the same end. Being in reality is better than other all nations cheating South Sudan peace process, in at least the negative part of international morality, let us cease dear James by the language we use, to give ourselves out of this.
But if we ought to be careful of our language, a thousand times more obligatory is it upon us to be careful of our deeds, and not suffer ourselves to be betrayed by any of our own mouths and thoughts. There is no such base feeling by the other South Sudanese accepts James. We are accustomed to see your advantage in forwarding your country, not in keeping back, the growth in wealth and civilization of the world.
Whatever has been done in the name of conflict in the South Sudan should have been the act of the countrymen or women either prompting or sharing purpose and most of those who have paid any attention to the subject as our national duty.

In some cases, (unhappily not in all) it had endeavored to take precaution against these mischiefs by a special in future to govern in conformity to the advice of the white men (UN).

James said, there is no time to waste for protection forces to come to South Sudan as soon as possible as if he (James) was blind or deaf to hear or see the massive demonstration a cross South Sudan against the idea of deployment of foreign troops to South Sudan. If ever a political act which looked in the commencement could be justified by the event, this was the fact turned out, instead of giving ascendancy to it proved a really healing measures. With respect to the question, whether one country is justified in helping the people of another in a struggle against enemy of peace in their government?

In fact, South Sudan is young nation is term of her independent, that does not mean we will go back marginalization South Sudanese fought two decades with Arabs Muslim in Northern Sudan, South Sudan is a holy land given to us by God, South Sudan lose their lives to gain this independent and the same struggle must continue to face any intervention or invasion of foreign forces.
UN (with free food) camps are open across South Sudan and neighboring countries so if James life become especial more than South Sudanese than camps are open to go instead of calling for more killing of our civilians because of James. It will be a mistake to give freedom of our country to a people who do not value it sovereignty. It might not have been right for white men (UN) (even apart from the question of prudence) to have taken part with South Sudan conflict in its noble struggle of the former first vice president, Riek Machar.
You said the government is using immature politics of greedy and selfishness of maintaining power and acquiring wealth. The young nation which being powerful enough to make its voice effectual has also the spirit and courage to say that no gun anymore as the revolted subjects of another. This declaration alone will ensure the almost immediate emancipation of every people which desires liberty sufficiently to be capable of maintaining the nation which gives the word will soon find itself at the head of a pact of free peoples, so strong as to the efforts of any number of confederated.
Instead James Ladu should say how we threaten and reject free food to some individual in South Sudan, he should have say how can we threaten and fight UN troops coming to protect all humans in South Sudan. James have gone much to compare presidential palace J1 with custom market and ask how equip is SPLA army in team of national defense on the newspaper, cease from that bro, it’s not pleasing any one!
