The late Akook Ngor, one of the medical students at the Kajo-Keji Health Training Institute who were killed after they were identified to be MTN=Dinka

September 25 (SSB) —- Why a medical student trainees would be killed just because of his ethnicity? A case of Kajo-Keji Health Training Institute, I never wrote and worried when I heard MTN a code for a Dinka being used to kill on the major roads that lead in and out of Equatoria region, because if MTN is going everywhere than there is a need to reduce the distant it should go so it was up to those who choose a MTN line which goes everywhere when there are other lines like Vivacell, Zain etc.

I never wrote and worried when I heard some Dinka men were caught and given option to be sodomized or be killed on the road to Bahr el Ghazal, yes might be others want to proof that they are more men than them. I never wrote and worried when I heard some Kraal of cattle had been shot at and later exchanges of gun fire took lives of both human and animals because in the first place why would a cattle keeper travel all the way from Upper Nile or Bahr el Ghazal just to grazed his animals on some one’s farm in Equatoria region, leaving the grass in his/her home state.

And here now I have to write because my intellectual reasoning had been defeated as to how far is a generalized Dinkaphobia leading in South Sudan when the rebellion is directed even on a medics and training institutions whose roles are universal and with the objectives of fighting diseases, infirmity and illiteracy respectively while architectures of this rebellion have taken to another stage.

Even Joseph Kony of Uganda had never done as I quote from his own words while being interviewed on Mega FM of Gulu –Uganda in the year 2002, I heard with my own ears while I was in Advance level in St Joseph College Layibi, here was an interviewer from Mega FM, immediately after Vincent Otti was interviewed there appeared Joseph Kony voice and immediately the presenter of FM asked; Ladit Joseph why do you kill your own people on the road? ‘no, no , they are not my people they are Ugandese , and why do they go there?, when they hear the road to Kitgum, Atiak is bad and in this road the Mambos go and when I shoot mambos you said I killed my people’

Said Joseph Kony which mean from his own words Joseph did not have intention to target an Ethnicity of Museveni or a particular section of Acholi but instead was aiming at Government change which is contrary to the approach the rebellion here in south Sudan seems to take as a change of Government which is headed by Salva Kiir from Dinka Ethnic group would be removed by killing not even soldiers but innocent Dinkas found doing their daily routines to earn their living or struggling in pursue of knowledge and skill.

This is the exceptional case where a rebel leaves Military Barracks, Military vehicles, military hardware within Kajo-Keji and instead goes to Institution and asked whether one is a Dinka and shot at even when he is holding a pen writing an examination that would qualified him in war against diseases and infirmity not on the war of power struggle and ill-gotten wealth accumulation

They rebel commander who killed those medical student trainees had successful achieved his own objectives of this war he wages against MTN regardless of a background of being a medics but had opened a chapter on successful microbes war against himself as medics are partisan on politics but they are warriors on common ground of war against diseases and infirmity, in Conclusion read the scenario below:

After the death of a medical student X in the hand of rebel Commander Y in the year 2016 in Kajo-Keji Health Training Institute, And 20 years later a minister by name Mr. Y upon successfully achieving his liberation struggle and being a pointed in just two weeks’ time he felt from his office and on being taken to Juba Teaching hospital he is diagnosed with a stroke proceeding from hypertension and there is no neurosurgeon to do craniotomy in order to drain the clots and repair the bleeders, as well as a probability for his survival is minutes which does not allow the quick referral of a minister to abroad.

A Mr. X clinical officer trainee shot while writing on that fateful date in 2016 had being a budding neurosurgeon hopefully if Mr. X was a life up to 2036, would have up graded to a bachelor’s degree and later masters in neurosurgery and by that time had experiences of 5 years conducting neurosurgeries on various patients back in Juba Teaching hospital and now since Mr. X was dead which death he met under the current minister in the year 2016 while he was a rebel leader that raided the Institute and killed the only budding neurosurgeon.

I know one thing that Mr. X would do, he will cry with tears in his grave why his minister would die of just a stroke he would have managed if he were to live up to his dream before of premature death but at the same he will have no option but welcome him to the world of the dead and blame him upon his arrival for killing, him 20 years ago which made him dies over fort night in the office as a minister.
