October 4, 2016 (SSB) —- Dear President, I would have supposed to come to your highly national respected state office and address my grievances and unpleasant events over a silent genocide against Dinka community by their own South Sudanese brothers from Equatoria, but getting to your office is the hardest step to be taken like entering Heaven with physical body. It is sad news that over two months from now, more than 200 civilians died between Juba and Nimule roads.

Excellency, I am impatient with South Sudanese people and their deadly actions. You know it very well that since 1990 until today, targeting killings of Dinka people is amounted to genocide as I am speaking right now. Mr. President, in 1990, we faced the same brutalities and killings from the hand of Equatorian when SPLA soldiers from greater Equatoria region fell out from the main SPLA/M stream, and Equatorian turned-hunted on us seriously to the border of Uganda, and Kenya, but we endured it to achieve our independence country as a such.

In an article already published by Paanluelwel.com, I wrote my complain to human right groups, and international community who always hear news over local radios and keep quiet because animals called Dinkas are legible to die but if we reiterate later, they should not complain again. If Equatorian loses gears on Dinka and they could not gain control back on gears of peace, then it is easy to adjust it because we will hunt up and down ourselves up to Uganda, and DRC, and we shall immediately come to our sense.

Before Sudan divided we had still three former greater regions in Southern Sudan of Greater Upper Nile, Greater Bhar el ghazal, and Greater Equatoria, and the issues of divisions and kokoro always takes place in Equatoria regions, and they are still taking place right now. Mr. President, did you hear any target killing of Equatoria members on high ways in Upper Nile, and Bhar el – ghazal regions?

I want to remind us once again that Equatorians business men/women, and some Equatorians in NGOs, UN agencies who are working and living in Upper Nile and Bhar el ghazal are enjoying national excessive in those regions as required by South Sudan law; but did Equatorians heard their members being killed in our areas which they are now revenge for? The answer is no. we did not target any Equatorians people in our land, and what they are doing now is getting up great alarm.

Your Excellency, I want you to reply my grief in personal or through your press secretary after you have discuss my complain on the Friday regular meeting with council of ministers as well as entire members of parliament, but to make sure Mr. President, I have three complains for your discussion to be fruitful that;

  1. Whether let this nation legalized target killings now that, Dinka community in South Sudan should endure this silent genocide as it always happening on us since 1990 – until 2016, because Dr. John Garang, and you President Kiir are from Dinka, and people where you held from should suffer inhumane until your term is ended; and if another president come to power from any tribe in South Sudan, then we will go on high ways, and target his/her tribe members; let the parliament legalize it because the president who is in power and his community should face consequences of national leadership as a punishment of death than anything else.
  2. Or seriously call us to dialogue and debate national matters that south Sudanese people may count on us to suffer in their hand for all these years and balance lives of our people and chair of president which course us of death and loss of lives every day.
  3. We should go and ambush Equatorians right now on high ways, as you know our Dinka populations is 65% of the nation’s population whether they are going to bear it with us as we stick to that satanic business.
  4. And government officials from Equatoria should stop these killings immediately as soon as genuine commitment of Governor African Monday of Maridi state is a good example that put rebellion to an end in his state for just few months because MPs from Equatoria are representing constituencies where these killing are taking place, and they definitely knowing what is happening in their constituencies.

Mr. President, sad news and funerals of innocent Dinkas are followed one after another throughout all these years.  Last month, we conducted a funeral rites of a very important person of Alian community Sheikh Kamis Yuang Anyieth whose mother was from Bhari community of South Sudan, but being a Dinka, the attackers never mind of blood origin of his mother, and killed him because his ID card. Kamis Yuang was a classmate to Augustino Jadalla Wani; the governor of Jubek state in Mangalla primary school in old Sudan, and Mr. Governor was blaming Muslim community during funeral rite for let-down Mr. Kamis whose was Muslim sheikh in Juba before session without assignment until his death.

Today his little children were left fatherless and orphans because of senseless killing on high ways randomly. In fact innocent people die every day on Juba- Yei road, Yei- Morovbo road, Morovbo- Kaya roads, and Juba –Munduri road, Juba-Kacjo -Kecji road, Juba-Terakaka road, Juba- Bor road, Juba- Torit road, and Juba- Nimule roads. To confirm it, yesterday on the 30th of September 2016, eleven (11) people were killed on Juba – Kacjo-Kecji road, while nine others were seriously injured. On the following day, 2/10/2016, three traffic police officers were killed on Juba-Nimule road, and families are burying the dead bodies today, 3/10/2016.

We have lost a big number of dead people in the hand of Equatorian brothers, and I term it as  bad heart brothers against his own innocent brothers, but what does genocide means according to its essences? Is it the right of Equatorians to kill Dinkas as well as the ways they want or it is the rights of Dinkas to be well protected like other South Sudanese? Or why do we condemn Arabs for killing our members during the years of struggle? I want the parliament to put it clear that if killing is allow, we should go a long it and defence ourselves because we are capable to do so.

Therefore, Mr. President, I am not a threat to the government, and I can’t criticize government which brought South Sudan independence in 2011, a golden promotion of first class citizen in our own state which generations of south Sudanese societies fought for it  long decades, but it was achieved ultimately in your time, but I am here as a threat to those who execute targeting killings and every day we die of mental and psychological dark future with torturing methods by the same South Sudanese people who are totally real enemies not to be compromise at all.

I need a peaceful South Sudan whereby if I want to sleep at the roadside at night, maybe my enemy should be snakes, and wild animals, but not my fellow South Sudanese as now. My fellow South Sudanese have no rights to eliminate me from the surface of our land and nobody is entitled to do so.

And finally, Mr. President although you are a Dinka, please pushes Equatorians MPs, army generals, and ministers to put to an end this brutal killing, otherwise they are parts of that process because this killing is not taking place in other parts of South Sudan, but only in Equatoria region. And for the realities of nation buildings and aims of nationalism to be achieved, this political theory of South Sudanese rebellions for killing innocent people, ranked up yourself, and come back to rule remnants of your great disaster should cease in South Sudan.

When war was exchanged in greater Upper Nile, civilians killed were people died by cross fire, but not a target killing or show me your IDs, and pick and killing methodology. Please everything has beginning and an end, put to an end this killing in South Sudan.

Thank you very much. God bless South Sudan.
