Subject: Condemnation Letter
October 31, 2016 (SSB) —- The Aguok-Chiek Youth and intellectuals in Juba on 18/10/ 2016 had strongly condemn the letter of Aguok South/Gogrial County Commissioner Mr. Kuanyin Kuanyin who order the youths to reserves their formation upgrading of their youth leadership from former Payam level to County level.
Saying, it is illegal and unconstitutional for newly created Counties to formed youth leadership because, the whole Republic of South Sudan is under period of constitution, commissioner said.
We sons and daughters of Aguok-Chiek in Juba would like to voice out our concerns to governor of Gogrial State, National government and general public that Mr. Kuanyin Kuanyin Commissioner of Aguok South/Gogrial County should either be sack or made to resign.
Due to the following reasons:
- Kuanyin Kuanyin in his capacity as a commissioner to say that it is illegal and unconstitutional for new Counties is pure threat to the Nation in this time of rampant rebellion and unknown gunmen as advantage to opposition.
- Kuanyin Kuanyin is not only a commissioner but he holds respective position in South Sudan National Army (SPLA) of which both of his positions cannot allow him to talk provocatively like opposition leader.
- Sir, Abraham Gum, your commissioner should have not go against Presidential degree of (28) states instead he should work for peace in the Country and Government of President Kiir Mayardit.
- He deserves to be remove or made to resign from commissionership office due to his indirect calling South Sudan illegal and unconstitutional.
- Commissioner must resign or sacks from the office since he disrespects the presidential degree of (28) states which Gogrial State is among them.
Once again on behalf of youths, intellectuals and elders as consulted hereby forwarding this press letter with attached copy of from Commissioner of Aguok South to your esteem office for your further directives.
