Presidential Decrees, March 15, 2017: Dismissals and (re-) Appointments

1. David Yau Yau Jangkuch relieved as Deputy Minister for Defence and Veteran affairs and re-appointed as Deputy Minister of Labour, Human resources and Public Service
2. Gathoth Gatkuoth Hothnyang appointed as Minister for Labour, Human resources and Public Services.
3. Onyoti Adigo Nyikwach, the leader of SPLM-DC in Juba, is appointed as Minister for Agriculture and Food Security, to replace Dr. Lam Akol who resigned last year to launch a new party
4. Thoi Chany Reat appointed as Deputy Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs.
5. The SPLMIO lawmakers with Dr. Riek Machar in the bush, including him, have all been relieved and replaced by new SPLM-IO loyal to 1^st VP Taban Deng Ghai.
