Rambo (Pa’naanyLueel) residences are notorious, disreputable and tarnished group of people who resided to deteriorate the stability of the Oil field workers, it’s unsafe to oilfield’s workers and newly created County people as stated.
Pa’naanyLueel is nearby to Ghormaangat (Ma’g-doora) has become a basis area of rebel’s attackers as well as instruction point to abduct or kidnap the workers. Rambo (Pa’naanyLueel) and Ghormaangat (Ma’g-doora) villages are in Adar (Wuna’mom) County’s territory and its common or conjoint in South Sudan to consumed right of giving name into other of other’s villages.

To our late colleague’s parents, you have to understand the situation and be patient to not react with vengeance, or retaliation, or payback, or retribution’s moods one way or the other on the “stay-or-go” issue.
Making that hard decision have really reinforced me to speak, I told them. My late colleague’s parents replied, “We knew there would be pain whether you got reacted or didn’t. And I knew they have to choose that pain for themselves. That was the best advice I ever said before and it wasn’t exactly advice.
I think approximately to this incident, particularly when another other colleague asks some questions and tell story about incident of our two brothers Mr. Monytur Deng Lual, Mr. Ngor Guot Ngor (Yousif) and policeman was really painful. Nevertheless, the problem of Rambo (Pa’nanyLuel) village remain unsolved while secret agents of rebels are still active in the area. As a result, my concrete counsel to the government when nervy enough to butt in even without being asked or resolve is an atomic Bomb.

I don’t think so. While it’s dangerous to give advice, it’s also dangerous, and perhaps unkind, to say nothing or to back away from a friend’s need to talk about a painful situation. Your withdrawal could be interpreted as cold and distancing, or, worse, uncaring.
Even if you end up feeling that you haven’t helped much, many friends feel grateful just because you’ve been willing to take the time to help grapple with their issues. That accomplishment will make you both feel better. That’s the upside.
It is a government to think twice and find out the crucial or conclusive solution to advice SPLM peace’s partner or Maiwut and Latjor Governors to take their citizens to Renk the capital city of Northern Upper Nile State to remedy the doubt. Two State’s Governors should go to Renk the Capital city of NUNS if they fear direct landing into State from Juba.
Hire agreement two Governors should open their coordination Offices in Renk as an alternative to avoid impractical, or unreasonable activities and create fear among the oilfield’s workers.
