January 21, 2018 (SSB) — The national wrestling match in Juba has ended with Eastern Lakes (Yirol) and Terekeka states defeating Jonglei states by four (4) to two (2), with several draws, including the main wrestlers such as Magot Khot and Gongic Achiek.

It was a big disappointment for the Jonglei wrestling team that has been a consistent wrestling champion in past wrestling matches. It is the first time that Jonglei team has been defeated squarely.
