Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba, like Miguna Miguna: “shoots first aim last”

By Gai Mayor Ajuong, Nairobi, Kenya

March 12, 2018 (SSB) — If Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba with the virtue of being an elder and a
learned member of the SPLM/SPLA (IO) happens to be antagonistic, lacks
mechanism to address the SPLM/SPLA (IO) internal issues with Dr Machar, intolerant, somewhat frustrated and went viral, he did not
only embarrassed himself nor even appeasing any, it was a desperate move that will not earn him anything anywhere even if he had decided
to put on flexible shoes considering the cheap tactics at his age.

What he wrote has damaged, degraded the SPLM/SPLA (IO) and it shouldn’t be only Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba to know what was his his
intention and where he will be heading to.
I know Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba does not agree with anyone given his ego, antagonistic and trolling behavior which should’ve been guided by his educational values and age.
I believe brushing shoulders with Dr Machar should have been ushered by an ethical ‘surrender agreement’ with the government than embarrassing himself by going viral with issues he got access to; a member of the political bureau and an elder to sort out nor blame the decision on a PolitBureau table.
In his book, Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba described Dr Riek Machar the same way he recently did and it became the same Dr Machar and followed in
less than six (6) months later in December 2013. This is an act of dishonesty and lacks of principles to bite a hand that feeds you and
will be twice.
Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba accused Dr Machar of only waiting to execute his plans when in power: “He believes he has ideas, which he can only implement when in power. That explains for eight years as first vice Chairman of the SPLM and vice President of GOSS (2005 -2011) and deputy vice president of the republic of South Sudan (2011 – 2013), he remained dormant under Salva Kiir; neither departing to give room to those who would honestly and loyally work under Salva Kiir to make the country move forward.”
Dr Machar has never expressed dissatisfaction but he has been pushing for reforms within the SPLM and the country throughout his tenure
unlike Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba who publicly admitted that he sabotaged the education system and called it ‘ignorance of the society’ when there was no public outcry and protest. Why didn’t he give room to
others?
Like Miguna Miguna, Dr Peter Adwok Nyaba will still have Dr Machar as well as Raila for Miguna Miguna.
