Four additional counties for Eastern Lakes State have been approved by the President of the republic today in Juba. They are as follows:
1. Anuol County with its HQS in Anuol
2. Geer County with its HQS in Geer
3. Awerial East County with its HQS in Abuyung
4. Awerial Centre County with its HQS in Dor
