Government of President Kiir, James Wani plus Taban = 55%

SPLM-IO of Riek Machar = 25%

Other opposition parties plus G10 = 20% (G10=5%; Opposition alliance=10%; opposition parties in Juba=5%

Structure of government (national)

President to come from government side (government of Kiir)

1st VP to come from SPLM-IO side (IO of Riek)

2nd VP to come from the government side (government of Kiir)

3rd VP to come from other opposition parties (G10 plus other opposition groups)

Security arrangement

Security forces to be reintegrated within 12 months after the signing of the final peace agreement.
