Wednesday, May 23, 2018 (PW) — We can all pretend to be leaders when our desire is to mislead and embrace leadership to destroy what is logical and instrumental among communities. This is the case of those who are less than remorseful about the issues which matter to people, but rather have pretentiously emerged as leaders in Jonglei for their awful acts. Men of ideas are known to be very thoughtful.
These so called ‘leaders’ have tried to vilify individuals attempting to stand in the context of the community who have found their commitment to community to definitely be a hazard. These men of lesser ideas are not politicians and they certainly shouldn’t be treated as such. Their petty politics have no basis at all. In all honesty, no one appreciates a community in which his or her identity is overshadow or insulted on a daily basis.
Sadly, these ‘pretend’ leaders do not understand the precariousness of the situations associated with their immature intentions to lower the standards of our people. It is unacceptable for our traditional shared values to be disassembled in such manner. As such, those of us who believe in these standards and values must maintain them for betterment of our communities.
Individuals have acted deceptively, hoping we won’t know their strategies. I am sure that many have fully observed them and continue to be on their radar because of our mindset while they purposely intend to create problem after problem. This is not true leadership. Leadership as we understand it is to make our community thrive and prosper with respect to unity and our common values.
Oddly, these individuals who claim to be leaders have created bitterness and bewildered the community. Let it be clear, you, who claim to be leaders, are nothing but brigands with your deceptive practices. This ordeal is without freethinking and diligence, which has brought anguish and distrust, and so you have made yourselves worthless in the very community where you attempt to rally people dishonestly.
Basically, this has shown us a foreshadowing of what to expect in the near future. But, let it be known, we are overjoyed and appreciate working and living alongside leaders who take the courage to lead and who seek a peaceful coexistence. We are left with an illusion, presumed to be a mystery, led by those inciting violence and division, surrounded by conflict.
Even so, let it also be known that many of us, particularly here in the United States of America, are fully aware of your activities, as men who are only good at endorsing violence and division. We understand, these you, so-called leaders, aren’t known for positive thinking, so it would be a miraculous for you to act in a way which favors community interests.
Your perceptions are highlighted in your strategies aligned with deceptions, especially those currently hovering over us because coalitions of distraction are forming quickly to destroy and scatter the remaining communities. Recent songs shocked and surprised many who least expected it, as the songs were condescending, intending to insult and humiliate communities or individuals have distorted peace and unity.
Now, this indefensible approach has taken over the communities with the intent of dismantling the fabric and strength of the people. Yet these ‘leaders’ are known and identifiable, though they are not held to the same standards as they use others to carry out their divisive messages. These groups are only enthusiastic when it comes to actions and activities that are bound to shatter values and unity among the communities.
For me personally, this was unexpected, at least to my understanding. And knowing that these behaviors are deeply planted in our hearts, minds, and many others, helps validate the values that these communities hold to and hope to continue to be governed based on solid principles of unity. When contrasted with these positive values, those who are both covertly or overtly promoting antagonism is quite appalling as they continue their clandestine activities which continue to be exposed on the daily basis.
I, personally, am more than infuriated by the incitement and conflict produced by the well-known deception of so-called leaders. And even though I am the least of those concerned, I do not appreciate those of you who have used anomalous pretentions aimed at misguided communities while calling yourselves leaders simply for a hell of it.
Your only politics involves divisions, and this has sidelined all of us regarding the items which matter to the communities and circumvent the traditional methods intended. As individuals, we must not give these men of no ideas the time to produce more useless and inciteful material.
