The delegates of the committee I, are ready to initial it today evening or tomorrow morning.

It is only Committee III that has some deadlocks on chapter 6 on the constitution-making process because the constitution-making process was one of the four reservation raised by SPLM-IO and SSOA to be refer to IGAD Council of Ministers and Head of states summit.

In separate development today, all the delegates of the conflicting parties and stakeholders are now attending three days workshop kick-off this evening till next tomorrow on a permanent ceasefire and transitional security arrangement. It is remarkable move from CSTAMM for organizing the workshop
