Wednesday, March 20, 2019 (PW) —When hope is lose, the will is lose and the way is lose; in every society there are cultural and socio economic impediments that can trouble members of the society, but all those defies can be deactivated by the level of fortitude and willpower.
It is not always wise to lose hope and entreaty when in a perilous position because God’s answers are always available for those who seek, knock and solicit.
Affirmative dream is the house of progress whereas negative one host disenchant and obscurity of perplexity.
Before the Independent of South Sudan in 2011 shoddy South Sudanese have been working day in and day out to repudiate the independent of South Sudan.
It is commonly clear that some individuals and groups have been identified as agents of blind hatred, segregation, propaganda and sabotage as revealed by their open stand in directing mistakes make by either individual or certain group to the government docket.
Since Independent till the outbreak of war in 2013, off-putting proclamation has been phrased up by those who lack devotion for South Sudan.
Wordings such as “belede maabe ruoor gidaam”, “agiika mafii fii Junub” and self contradicting expression such as “walai Junubiin” are downbeat distrust and best guesses expressed by the enemies of South Sudan in order to distort national independence.
Building a nation is like building an anthill, when ants are building, all the members of that particular social unit must participate equally in all the activities that can advance the completion of the anthill.
Nation building is not only for the government, moneyed or fastidious individuals; it is a sole responsibility of every citizen to build his/her tukul and ensure the environment around is hygienic.
Good neighbourhood cannot be set up by the government and since the base of every society is a family, families should therefore, accept socio-economic and cultural preciseness.
Government is made up of institutional structures that are formed to work together with one vision, mission and common objectives under the supervision of empowered supervisor.
It is antisocial to watches a thief pick pocketing someone and remains relax without raising an alarm and defectively assume it to be a government role, elimination of crimes is everyone’ task.
This implies that any horny criminal who is harming and disturbing the peacefulness of the public can be reported to the nearby police station by the victims or any of the witnesses.
When people keep quiet with an assumption that they are not the instant victims and why should they be bothered in sounding an alarm, through that imagination the perpetrators are been groomed for experiences and probably tomorrow they would go for another different victim.
Citizens must take the burden of challenging preconception that they think can affect them now or in the future.
Prices hiking in the market, thievery, high transportation fares, prostitutions and day by day practices that can affect socio- economic and cultural affluence when not decry by the public cannot reach the sentry hand of the government, it is what the public deprecate and propose that the government can act upon.
How realistic could it be for some people to still believe that there is a different government when they are senior civil servants?
Men and women who deal in various businesses such as food commodities, water supply and construction material have no justification to point a blaming finger at the government when they are not doing what is needed from them according to the consumer protection act.
Public or private institutions when they pick up government’s guidelines and policies can plays a crucial role in the development of the nation and if development is poorly assume as an initiative of the government single handedly then the whole network of development dwindle with open-ended default.
Clearing of dirty around one’s house and its surrounding is an individual activity that cannot waits for the government.
Those who are still voicing avowal discourse such as “belede maabe ruoor giidaam”, “walai Junubiin” and “agiika mafii fii Junub” will be held accountable for loss of lives/ properties, abuse of national sovereignty and development blockades ignited by massive hatred and ignorant which is badly affecting the future of this beautiful nation called South Sudan, belede maabe ruoor giidaam kef when we have both powerful human and natural resources?
South Sudanese should not be cowed by mere perception when they have been toping some international charts of excellence despise series of social, economic and cultural deprivations that they underwent and block them from the world technological innovations and advancement.
South Sudanese are not hostile as some people are forced to believe; South Sudanese are kind and hospitable.
the unadorned truth is that majority of South Sudanese are traumatized by cycle of wars and violent which has resulted into loss of their beloved ones, properties, thousands of widows, orphans, disables, widowers, poor living condition and high rate of illiteracy.
Pathetically South Sudanese are wandering across many jungles and arid of the world and are transforming them into their refugee homes because they are home-deprived.
Their homes are either burned down or are without life sustaining services such as water, food and security.
The current challenges facing South Sudan are regular changeovers from the underprivileged and dispossessed population but when it comes to pass, South Sudan will takes it biblical position next to Israel, a binding actuality that must be consented.
