Sunday, May 11, 2019 (PW) — Governor Augustino Jadalla of Jubek state has issued a gubernatorial decree banning Jubek state government from receiving any money, donations or material support, from all immoral countries that have night clubs, disco, bars and night music shows in their cities.

“We are no longer accepting monetary donations or materials support from the US, the UK, the EU, Chinese, Japanese, Uganda, Kenya and all other immoral countries,” the governor declared after meeting President Kiir to brief him on his seminal decision.

“Due to immoral acts being carried out at the night clubs, disco, night bars and night music shows of these evil nations, the state government has issued gubernatorial decree to cease from accepting money donations or materials support from all immoral nations,” he emphasized as if to demonstrate the determination of his state government.

“Imagine they do not ask for a marriage certificates for couples seeking accommodation at their hotels and lodges,” he sighed in utter bewilderment that betrayed his frustration at the amount of evils being condone around the world.

Indeed evil is good and good is evil, a mark of moral decline. What interested me about this Jobek governor’s lamenting the proliferation of immoralities, he sounds as if he just stepped out the womb! Being too extreem with his citizens would only worsen the problems, and educating young minds works best in many cases.
