On Saturday, October 22, 2011 the Honorable William Deng Deng, Chairperson of the South Sudan Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Commission (SSDDRC) will be holding a speaking engagement on current events on the newly formed Republic of South Sudan on issues relating to
inter-governmental transparency, security, and stabilization among other topics of concern.
