Chinese Security Dog Bits SPLA Spokesperson Col. Philip Aguer Panyang

Juba — Chinese Beijing Hotel security dog Saturday night bit the SPLA spokesperson Col. Philip Aguer Panyang while visiting his friend in the premises. Following the incident the hotel manager was thrown into custody for indirect crime committed by his dog.
The police spokesperson Major Gen Biar Mading confirmed to the Citizen that the chain freed Chinese security dog had bitten the official at the hotel premises.”It happened yesterday night that a dog belonging to Beijing Hotel one of the citizens,” he said referring to the SPLA spokesperson.According to him, after the dog bit the citizen the police personnel were immediately called to arrest the owner of the dog who was the hotel manager.”Medication was carried out at the hospital for the bitten citizen who had opened a case against the owner,” he said.
Mading further said that the office manager of the hotel is now under arrest in the police north division cell with a case opened against him.He however added that opening a case against hotel manager means legal procedures that are governed by laws have to be taken against the dog owner. Police spokesperson declined to comment on the incident but urged that the legal procedures should take its course on the accused.The SPLA spokesperson couldn’t be reached yesterday after numerous trials over phone to comment on what happened and the condition of his health.
