For instant, where has this “UN Special Envoy” been when South Sudan was driven out of Heglig/Paanthou by, among others, the UN Ban-ki Moon, his boss? Why surfacing now when he should have come out in South Sudan time of need? Will he utter the same conviction in Khartoum? etc
