Reasons, and Facts, for the Current Civil War in South Sudan

Juba instability President’s order to disbarment on Nuer soldiers caused uprising and turmoil that led the country to civil war started on December 15, 2013, the civil war was wrestled in three states and different places, the big question is what would be the nature of relations between the Nuer and Dinka in southern Sudan that were greatly affected particularly the Nuer which were brutally finished by Salva Kiir and his tribal men . As we speak, about 95% of the Nuer were forces to fight government unconditionally except the 5% of the Nuer that were consider as food lover and fake Nuer or mix who doesn’t care for the loss and killing of family in their watch by order of Salva Kiir.
In human Solidarity I call on human rights organizations, civic groups, media groups and donor countries to focus their attention on the south Sudan region as the number of human rights violation assaults, arrests, torture and disappearances in the nation capital Juba are soaring due to an intense crackdown on the local people by order troops. Immediately, after CPA was signed the family started building their local Tutkul clearing the farm getting ready for finding permanent place and better education for their children, but now the power greediness of Salva Kiir causes much destruction that will take us some years but the hardest party is that how can the Nuer and Dinkas live together or trust each other in south Sudan ?
According to witnesses from nation capital Juba, in the last few weeks, two to three thousand SPLA and Ugandan troops have been sent to the area where there are Nuer following the ambush of a devastation in Leer, Unity State, South Sudan (as of 7 February 2014) innocent people mostly children, women and elderly people who cannot able to run were killed. Despite an absence of evidence, the Nuer who stood up against government that killed their family on December 15 , 2013 in nation capital government have been blamed and with them, the Nuer in general, especially men and older boys who all look suspicious in the eyes of this regime. It has resulted in a spiraling number of incidents of violence and arrests of the Nuer by the military, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of the Nuer massacre of December 11-17-2013 and up to now of human rights abuses that followed from December 15,2013 until today.
Salva Kiir regime is justifying this crackdown as necessary for bringing external armies to protect and the investors from anti dictatorship he called anti-peace mutineers; however, from experience and investigations, I have found no evidence of their involvement and instead, reason to protect that the tragic murder of these thousands of the Massacre and Salva kiir may be another Yoweri Museveni conspired false agreement operation against LRA , where masked SPLA agents execute the Nuer from house to house in which other have no voice in the country and attacked the victims and the criminal who attack the victims accused the victims of attacking him.
In the last year incident is kiir a responsibility for a Mass killing that exploded in nation capital juba, Salva Kiir’ own agents who had then used the incident to arrest members of the SPLM party member. and then later ordering his own militia to do brutal genocidal massacre of the Nuer of December 13-15, 2013, , were heartlessly murdered, and the bodies were strategically laid out in the center of nation capital juba, inciting the residents anti dictatorship insurgents were blamed for fail coup ; however, the plans to eliminate the Nuer society in juba was the up call for Riek Machar to run for presidency and party chairmanship, if that is the cases, is this discrimination will only affect Riek Machar without others Nuer? These are only some examples of the long-standing pattern of widespread human rights violations by this one-ethnic dominated apartheid regime that makes it one of the worst human rights violators in Sudan history .
The crimes in the nation capital juba that spread everywhere in the county will only decline unless Uganda troops were moved out from south Sudan or even worse crimes in the country will not stop . These violations include genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and other atrocities that they have perpetrated and continue to perpetrate on civilians and freedom fighter for equality for all in South Sudan. .however, Salva Kiir was accused for provocative tribalism, corrupt government and held him accountable for 15thDecember catastrophes and Warrap individuals of allotment power by force not fairly and then all diplomats were occupied by Dinkas.
Within two months period years after the Nuer were massacre in nation capital Juba it spotlights whole country. The Nation capital has become the epicenter of land grabs the Nuer houses were occupies , their properties were looted and with it, human rights violations in response to disagreement of the party issues that has nothing to for the Nuer at all ; however, with the coming of Ugandan troops, the amounts and breadth of these incidents have multiplied. From the testimony on the Nuer people, the very heavy existence of troops has terrorized many, triggering post-traumatic memories of the past civil war between us with North Sudan.
All the civil services such as schools in any Nuer regions, for example, Malakal , Jonglei and Unity State , where much of the land enlargement is going on, have now been shut down, and the children are no longer going to school and have remain with no food and healthcare . Men and older teens are being intimidated and harassed with reports of many arrests and torture. Troops have been rounding up the UN compounds and ordering the Nuer to go into the bush.
Many local people are questioning the regimes as a responsibility. However, it’s clear that the government troops and Uganda were behind the massacre as a covert means to protect the investors with thousands of troops. There will be no peace or stability in the region since their arrival as they target the local the Nuer population who have nothing to do in politics like these in the rural towns and villages their homes were burned by the government troops. Now, anyone Nuer beings labeled as a rebel no differentiation on genders men women, old and , young were slaughtered.
As the incident created a public display among the Nuer whether you pretend to work alongside with government still can be kill. Therefore, The Nuer children and women were allegedly suspected base on their ethnicity status, can anyone still believe that Salva Kiir is representing all? This is true evidence kiir is the paramount chief who is working parallel without laws to guide him. The federal government has lost control of the entity region , therefore, the Nuer professional staffs and civilians left the country for feeling fearful with many threatening some of them were grounded in UN compound due to the motivation use a high-profile and horrific killing , Efforts to discourage the Nuer from supporting the government and then resistance movement.
I believe that every living thing know it’s right except the puppets and the food lover who are see enjoying the deaths of tribe.
