Dear all,

There is something wrong with rebels’ supporters in USA because they write things which don’t correspond with reasoning. Why should we bribe people to come to DC? Is it worthy to bribe somebody to go to demonstration in DC?

There are enough supporters of our government in USA who don’t need to be bribed to defend the constitution. There are Nuer who will join other South Sudanese to support the constitutional order in South Sudan without being bribed.

Besides, we are not the type of people to bribe individuals to support the government because the government in Juba was popularly elected government. The relationship between US and South Sudan are based on interests. Right now our relationship with US government is good.

Let me remind the rebels that South Sudan is under our control. The terrorists who attempted Nasir and Ayod were badly defeated.

If Tut Luot (the SPLM-in-opposition secretary for political affairs and media in Minnesota, US) is brave, let him go to frontline to face the constitutional army. Wasting time in USA insulting our government is like a dog barking at a lion.

Somebody should not drink his beer in a bar and then start shouting “Salva Kiir must go”. President Kiir was democratically elected and he can go only via the same democratic process.

But if some individuals want to overthrow him through barrel of the gun, the SPLA army will deal with them. The terrorists who attacked Nasir were badly beaten. I don’t think they will dare to come back.

If Riek Machar’s terrorists want war, we will give them war. If they want peace, we will give them peace. In this world, you get what you desire. If you fire rockets, you will get rockets in return.

If the Nuer supporters of Riek Machar want to die for him, I will give them tickets to hell. If they want peace, let them accept that President Kiir is a legitimate President of South Sudan. If you want to overthrow a democratically elected government, we will deal with you accordingly. If you want war, we will give you war.

Member of Presidential delegation to USA.
