Youth in south Sudan has been famously said the road ahead will be long the climb will be steep but I have been never more hopeful than to night that we will get there since the struggle can be the same as the widespread unemployment lack of education among the youth of south Sudan that force them take away that will not help them to survivor like in east and central Africa were the youths have joint the different sex for the reason to achieved a way of life and sustained their life the youth are the victims of political and economic crisis in the world especially in Africa since we emerge from civil war south Sudan highest no of youths unemployed and also facing lot challenges which make them vulnerable that was from 20005 unto now .

Youth people from zero to 30 years make up about 78 percent but critically and as the nation is growing we government should intervene in some way that can empowered the youths in country that including the creation projects and vocation training that can develops human resources and entrepreneurs to enhance job creation having themselves think up to projects and able to provide and to be able access funding without having to provide collateral or sweat over high interest rates .

The issues of collateral and interest rates is one reason access to credit that supposed to be given to the youth of south Sudan which could be easier to for the have who may not need it that desperately than the poorer communities who are desperate need .but are simply priced out of the credit market as a result to those who have .more has been added .while those had little or much less .have in some cases lost even whatever they had this has hardly help the disparity between rich and the poor to lessen Youth empowerment is the way and therefore a great opportunity for the youth between 18 to 30 years particularly those who drop out of school wounded soldiers in the struggle and the present conflicts .both in the rural and urban areas to economic access like other group in the country The fund,s guiding principles .one it will be demand driven the youth themselves will choose what they want to do depending on their location.

Nobody will dictate them what they should engage in those locales are favorable for micro farming .keeping animals or raising poultry will be free to do so .and ministry of agriculture has a role to play has zoned the whole country showing what enterprises feasible in which area is good with business .Secondly the fund will equitable be distributed on the whole country depending on the youth population which will benefits from the programs .

Third it is a partnership between public and private sectors for example a man who has a well established garage in an area with youths interested in learning how to repair cars may open up apprenticeship opportunities for young people .In such a case the government comes in to pay for training After this the youth will be given tools so that they can in due time .set their own garages same rule will apply to other types of skills like carpentry masonry and like .

The fourth principle is gender balance women and young girls in that age group will also be able access the money for whatever ventures they feel able to engage in principle five is that it is revolving funds not free money that you take and spend anyhow for example a group that gets money should be refund back after a year or two those since our youth are growing faster than the country can provides jobs for them the youth funds is timely intervention.

Future dreams funding the money should comes from central of south Sudan thereafter to account of the youth group this intended eliminate red tape along the way .As a general rule however cash will be discourage this article is comes as results and my personal tour in part of south Sudan and what have seen on the fields and some states were youth are not doing anything due to lack of education and skills make the youth to decide to do some jobs that are not good like in rural areas youth forced to cattle raid and urban centers youth are also engage in robbery and drugs as the way of life.

The only way we can have peaceful country is to empowered youths through different ways of lives in the country .like in the cattle keepers communities should be given consideration teaching them the important of the livestock and the economy so that can understand and use them for their economy activities so that can grow .
