In 3 Years, they already have an official Postal Services and codes for the public
In 3 Years, they already have a Spoon Rest installed at the airport to give early warning threat
In 3 Years, the local availability of telephone lines (tele-density) is 3 times higher than in neighboring countries
In 3 years, they already have a Stock Exchange to attract investment locally and abroad
In 3 Years, its currency has appreciated by almost 60% against the U.S. dollar.
In 3 Years, they already have over six private airline firms offer commercial flights to both domestic and international locations
In 3 Years, they already have introduced incentive packages to encourage teachers to work in rural areas
In 3 Years, they have already enacted legislation aimed at securing the educational interests of girls and promoting the growth of an Early Childhood Development program designed to reach parents and care-givers in their homes and schools.
In 3 Years, they already have several universities, including Mogadishu University scoring among the 100 best universities in Africa in spite of the harsh environment.
In 3 Years, they have established a Federal Government with a President appointing a Prime, with the President handling all foreign relations as the head of state, and the Prime Minister as the head of government
In 3 Years, they already have an independent Judiciary which endorses, the President , appoints the candidate as a judge of the Constitutional Court.
And unnecessary trips abroad by members of government have been prohibited to safe money for RECONSTRUCTION.
In 3 Years, they already have beaches cleaned up for recreation and family time
In 3 Years, they already set up dry cleaners and several gourmet coffee shops
In 3 Years, they already have florists, despite the harsh weather conditions
In 3 Years, they already gained the trust of a segment of tourist coming to see the hidden beauty
YES, indeed, we don’t want to be like Somalia. We don’t want to be classified under the same category as Somalia; the failed state.
We are doing just fine!!
