January 1, 2015 (SSB) — This is the Moment when you know talking about the Recurring Problems of South Sudan is just Endless….then again you Realize you are just a Chatterbox, Make sensible Noises…But they will DO AS THEY PLEASE.
They will Harass you even when you have not wronged them
They will Beat you even when you are not being violent at them
They will Mock you even when you are being obedient
They will Frame you even when you are Patriotic to your country
They will not Shake you hand but check your face with a slap for talking back
They will drive-hard and rough past you even when you are in the middle of the road
They will shout at you even when you are giving them way
They will -with pride- shoot randomly in the air despite orders not to do so by their commanding officers.
The stray bullets will hit some innocent civilians, who had just started to mark their first hour into a New promising year and nobody will apologies.
Now the families of the victims will have to fend for they-self and mourn for eternity just because some officer disobeyed safe orders.
They will not rebuild/reconstruct destroyed bridges but they will destroy the bridge to your dreams.
What do they care? All they know is that they got the job of the “Most High” and they can get away with almost Everything-as long as it is not Anything that hurts the Big Men directly.
The perceived “leaders of tomorrow” who are currently the tools of the system enjoys flushing those rights into the stream.
They Don’t listens, They Don’t Care and you are it!
But not all are that Bad…The Good, the Law-abiding officers are rendered inefficient. But they are the sound-minded kept in dens to write fake reports that covers up the errors of the illiterate field officers.
It is that Moment when you feel Hopeless because your country uses Live bullets as a sign of Happiness…then you wonder whether there will ever be a STILL moment, when everything is Just Quite and really NORMAL!
