Ambassador Gordon Buay Blasts Salva Kiir’s Government
South Sudan government officials blackmailed their leadership
January 3, 2015 (SSB) — Officials from the Government of South Sudan on a visit to Canada blackmailed their Juba leadership in a blatant move designed to rekindle their relationship with their community.
Ambassador Gordon Buay and Gatkuoth Bim Nyoak, the current commissioner of Ulang County (Upper Nile State) in a telephone conversation held in Ottowa (Canada) with one of our sources disclosed that Juba government is surviving in the hands of few bended followers and lawbreakers. Buay and Gatkuoth said that the Juba government is no more a government but a private tribal entity. They also accused Salva Kiir of illiteracy and lack of competency to lead a diverse nation.
“Kiir is illiterate and does not know what he is doing. If it weren’t because of luck, he wouldn’t have become the president. In addition, without me, Kiir would have lost his legitimacy a long time ago. But I happened to be his sharp critique and protect the constitution of the country, which is what has become the sell to him internationally. I have to do this because he can be fooled until he is finished so that he can go to ICC for killing innocent civilians in Juba.”- Buay said
Buay was asked of his new shift in politics while abroad and why he came to denounce a government he often claim to have legitimacy. He said:
“My friend, there is no long-lasting friendship in politics….If you believe that I am a die-heart supporter of Kiir, it is a dumb assumption and you need to erase it from your head. Even a person from neadrathal era would tell you that Kiir is dumb and incompetent, he came to power through ascendency anyway. But we are getting our money and once our pockets are full, we will oust him.”
Buay also glaringly attacked the leader of the armed opposition, Dr Riek Machar calling him an idiot of the higher order. He disclosed that he and his colleagues have allies formed behind Salva Kiir’s back to overthrow the man himself if the rebels make advances in Bor, Malakal or Bentiu. He specifically mentioned General Paul Malong Awan as his closest friend in the whole plan.
“We are waiting for idiot Riek Machar’s rebel to capture Bor again and than we will oust Kiir because we don’t want Riek Machar to take the leadership as well. I am a potential candidate for that position. If you know the video that I posted in 2011 about being a president, I mean it and I stand by it. It is still my desire. I am confident that this time it will succeed because I am very connected on the ground. This time I am going to breathe only after I become a president and drink tea in the presidential palace.” Buay added.
Buay and Nyoak also admitted that thousands of Nuer civilians were killed in December, 2013 in Juba by President Kiir’s guards. They said that they have evidences and full knowledge that the number killed is more than 20,000 people.
Buay also claimed to be waiting an appointment as an ambassador to the United States. He said that he expects the appoinment to be announced next month by Kiir in a decree amid reshuffle expected to make other government officials jobless.
He believed that his appointment as an ambassador will give him a smooth transition to power through the help of the United States government.
