 Ref: Message of Peace and Hope to President Salva Kiir Mayaardit and Dr. Riek Machar Teny

January 3, 2015 (SSB) — The Gawhar Nyang Chiengper Community (GNCC) in Juba POCs would like to send a New Year 2015 Message of peace to all its members in Greater Upper Nile at large and outside countries.

We thanks Almighty God for reaching us into a year of peace 2015, and we left behind the year 2014, which we all know we lost more and more lives of our be lovely brethren, sisters, fathers, mothers, grandfathers and grandmothers. Twenty fourteen (2014) is recognizing worldwide as a negative year for life. Therefore, the Gawhar Nyang Chiengper Community (GNCC) praises Almighty God to bring peace to South Sudanese community at large and stopping bloodshed in our nation.

For these reasons I am urging our two (2) leaders, Dr. Riek Machar and President Salva Kiir, to reach peaceful settlement, bring permanent peace to the country and power sharing be establishing for all level in this new year 2015, coz South Sudanese population is decreasing not increasing itself, at the moment.
