February 1, 2015 (SSB) James Wani  Igga is anti-war  not because he is coward   but a leader  can not kill his people to get power  ,he is  anti-violence  not because he does not  know to kill people but because he want to promote in South Sudan . he is , peace-keeper  and peace-lover  in  South Sudan

South Sudan has been at war against itself for one year now. Some selfish, foolish politician’s say South Sudan must go to hell if their objectives are not fulfilled, they believe that South Sudan be wiped the map if they are not the president of it. This is what is meant by the authors  of two army’s solution.

Now, the IGAD has resolved Kiir –Riek problem by creating KiirRiek –Wani problem. The IGAD imposed that President Kiir must be remain the President, Riek as the first Vice President, Wani as the second vice President.

It is the history repeating itself. James Wani Igga was removed from his position in 2002 to accommodate this power hungry Riek Machar, he is now being removed again to accommodate the same power hungry Riek Machar

This is a lost ,  humiliation  and demotion  to James Wani Igga.   What people are fighting for is honour and prestige.

There is no reasons any philosopher on earth can convince  James Wani Igga to give up his position   , apart  from ‘’ for the  sake  of  peace statements’’  . James Wani Igga  is the peace- loving man   that is why he always reciprocates his position for sake of peace..

All South Sudanese must bow before him to accept for the sake of peace , the position of  2nd Vice President for the sake of peace  only ,

To honour him, his name should be written at the entrance of South Sudan Legislative Assemble .  ‘’Pacifist James Wani Igga Means South Sudan at peace’’. This is the only honour we can console  him.

Nobel Peace is awarded to every year to  individual who promote peace around world. James Wani Igga is only man who sincerely promotes peace in South Sudan.

I appeal to Mr . James Wani Igga  to ask for this favour  from South Sudanese  before he give up his position .

Honouring  him by writing his  name at entrance to parliament  is greatest  prize we can confer James Wani Igga  because  James Wani is anti-war , anti-violence , peace-keeper , peace-lover  .

Lets  honour our good man because there is good reason you give Wani to give up his position , when Riek was removed he caused chaos .

AKECH MAM, (Rumbek)

February 1, 2015 (SSB)January 31,2015.Dinka Bor is one of the smallest Nilotic group in South Sudan located in Jonglei State. It’s occupied three counties of Bor South,Twic East and Duk.I don’t know if there is Twic West from Twic East.To begin with these three Peoples are the ulcers and headache in South Sudan.
Some are fearing just the name Dinka Bor and others said because of their thinking ability. On the other hand, others said these people devoted their lives in education mention but fews.
 –
All these amongst other factors made their neighbouring brothers  Nuer and Murle and to the smaller extend Equatorians recently hates them most and everywhere in South Sudan.
For instance in the late 1990s when Dr Riek Machar decided to wiped Dinka Bor out of the map of South Sudan and recently in 2014 when the two power thirsty politicians disagreed on some issues of leadership in Juba and definitely resulted to the killings and replacement of thousand of civilians in Bor Jonglei State (IDPs) and outside the country (refugees) and spread to Bentiu where Riek hidden himself otherwise it could have not happened there. The troops were only hunting for rebels and to defense the civilians but the bullet does not know its master.
 –
Just as in Bible, when King Melek said said,Kills all the baby boys because among them one would later vote me out of the thrown and become the king of area. The same thing to some politicians do not want Dinka Bor to propagate.
 –
Dr Riek Machar sent white army (Lou Nuer) who have no mercy at all and don’t reason twice to come and clean off Dinka Bor and end up killing patients on their beds in the hospital, raping old women aged 60-70s and many others unspeakable under the instructions of Dr Riek Machar.
Why Dinka Bor being attacked always other them to attack? Does it means they know the important of lives when others are stupid like termites which could ran towards light when fire is lit and yet fire is it enemy?
The same thing to what Dr Riek Machar did in mobilizing the innocent Lou Nuer’s youths to fighting leadership for him when his son is enjoying abroad. You see,if you don’t reason, you Will be drag by anyone who need power by force as his shield.
So we are not easy to convince and blindfold. So Mr,you Will be a president of the White army when it happen you ascend to the power.

The Bor Youth Association In Australia (BYAA) Strongly Condemns and Demands Immediate Release Of Women Incarcerated In Bor, Jonglei State Following A Peaceful Protest

TO: The Government Of Jonglei State

C/c: Office Of The Governor Of Jonglei State

C/c: Offices Of The Commissioners Of Bor Greater Bor Counties

C/c: Office Of The Mayor Of Bor-Town Municipality

FROM: Bor Youth Association In Australia (BYAA)

February 1, 2015 (SSB)The Bor Youth Association in Australia (BYAA) would like to convey a matter of concern to your esteemed leadership, and to raise an awareness campaign to the general public regarding an unconstitutional incarceration of female protestors, following a peaceful protest on Thursday the 21st of January 2015 in Bor (Jonglei State). It was on the date stated (21st/01/2015) that a number of Bor women matched into the Governor’s office to protest what various media outlets had reported as “Governor’s Incompetency”. The activists took to the governor’s office to present demonstration templates believed to be indicative of their social and political standpoints. Nonetheless, after a rather peaceful protest, four of the female activists, believed to have orchestrated the protest, were subdued in their residences and taken into custody.

The BYAA strongly objects to extrajudicial suppression of basic rights of citizens to demonstrate, by the State security organs. Furthermore, Bor Youth Association in Australia condemns those involved in the insubordination, which resulted in disenfranchisement of common citizens. The incident defines an enforced liberal infringement upon the innocents. It is a case where the authority entrusted with a duty of safeguarding law and order distorts it and demonstrates constitutional violation. These protestors were peaceful in their demonstration, arresting them as a reaction from the government violates their fundamental rights to express their grievances. A conventional approach of dealing with these ‘peaceful protestors’ should be dialogue, which serves as benchmark of amicable consensus, as opposed to injudicious resolutions.

Where a government official is deemed incompetent, it is up to that particular official to provide a detailed explanation as to what negates him/her from being an efficacious public servant. His Excellency Governor John Koang Nyuon is not deprived of this right. However, he failed to adhere to simple democratic norms and values. His actions evinced an unwillingness to respect the rights of citizens who attempted to demonstrate against his leadership.

To advance the course of the arrested individuals, in societies where politics is organized, a ‘motion of no confidence’ passed against an incompetent leader is citizens’ prerogative. The motion is not subject to any punishment, because it reflects accountability and transparency to the citizens. Therefore, governor John Koang Nyuon must acknowledge that the imprisoned individuals were exercising their democratic rights. The governor must endorse their rights and act with immediate effect to release and acquit them. Justice must be prevalent, in order for the Bor Community to consistently maintain confidence in Jonglei State’s justice system.

We, the Bor Youth in Australia, acknowledge the social and political turbulences that the SPLM leadership had piloted us through. Moreover, we are considerate of the present obstacles that the government faces, and are also mindful of the forthcoming challenges. We remain in complete sodality with the government and also collaborative to veer the people of South Sudan away from the current bereavement. We are optimistic in achieving nationhood where freedom of expression and political correctness will not amount to retrospective policies. It is in such spirit that we closely work with the executive government to amend political and social discrepancies. It is in our best interest as Bor youth to craft an efficient government. The contribution and dedication of Bor youth to achieve this efficacy is not subject to questions. We believe that our firm support of the government is paramount and worthy of a humble gratification.

In conclusion, the Bor Youth Association in Australia strongly requests a prompt response from your offices. We urge that your offices look into this matter, and see to it that the women are not only released, but also acquitted of their unjust charges. This is pre-condition, in mitigating further discontent from the youth.
