Demilitarization of Juba is an indirect establishment of UN Trusteeship in South Sudan

By David Aoloch de Bion, Juba, South Sudan

August 25, 2015 (SSB)  —  ‘’The national capital,  Juba, which is the Seat of TGoNU, shall be demilitarized within ninety 90 days from the signing of this agreement in order to create conducive conditions for the formation of the TGoNU and the return of the SPLM/A IO . … There shall be established a neutral and credible Transitional Third Party Security Unit ( IGAD , AU , UNMISS) of two –three battalion that shall maintain its presence in Juba . UNMISS shall deploy the force to take the functions of TTPSU ‘’quotes from IGAD PLUS Proposed Compromise Agreement.

Before this ,  there was a call from  within and outside South Sudan for the direct establishment of United Nations Trusteeship Administration for 10 years in South Sudan  . That  was strongly rejected by all South Sudanese. Therefore, the UN strategists go around and galvanized direct UN Trusteeship as the IGAD PUS Proposed Compromise Agreement to use it as a smokescreen for new colonization in the 21th Century.

The ultimate reason for the demilitarization of Juba is the Regime Change; UN has decided to change Juba Administration in smartest way possible. UN did this in Ivory Coast. UN brought French soldiers as the third party  security unit. This French army later arrested elected President Laurent Gbabo , who is now a prisoner in the ICC .

The Third Party Security Unit , which is UNMISS is to do what French army did in Ivory Coast . South Sudan should not be gullible.

South Sudan should not sign it arrest warrant by signing this document. South Sudan should use a strong tongue to persuade the IGAD PLUS to amend three clauses in the document before it signs.

Juba should not be demilitarized because some people were coming to Juba . This is not the first time rebels come to Juba . Riek Machar was one time a rebel , he came to Juba and nothing happen to him.
