October 12, 2015 (SSB) — Let us summon a spirit of patriotism of service and responsibility. As a country, we must realize that we rise or fall as one nation as one people, let us resist partisan tendencies that have been engraved in our history.
What began 30 years back must not end in this century but rather be stirred for many years? Let us take time and honor what our founding fathers fought for especially the late Dr. John Garang and many more others, their tireless and heroic sacrifice has made it possible for us to here as South Sudanese.
We must emulate our heroes and elevate to positions of fame and honor people who have made their borough contributions to our country’s history, we must restore prosperity and promote the cause of peace and re-affirms the fundamental truth.
Let note the measure of our life be its duration but our contribution.
We know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our life time but we should be valiant, keeping in mind that while revolutionaries, heroes as individuals can be murdered, their ideas will and never shall killed for heroism is deep-rooted and begins as a state of mind that cannot be erase for instance the current foreign affairs ministry apart from the recent civil conflict. It has been at peace yet with different South Sudanese tribes in management, so such leadership can be a future leader in time to come.
The challenges of our time should therefore define the focus of our future.
Heroism is the attribute which a person should endeavour to cultivate to become well rounded.
The presence of a hero automatically liberates others.
Let us thrives to live up to the ethnics of our foundation, have the motion of the tolerance. Not only should we memorizes historical figures but learn from history
