October 26, 2015 (SSB)  —  In most cases, our leaders repeatedly misused or misapplied their role of being a leader in certain given post in government at all local, State and national levels; those decision makers missed the central point of how to create a good governance within their administrations line.

And sadly, they don’t make any approaching attempt to their communities they represented, whether individual been elected or appointed based to current government system on the ground. But being elected or appointed is not the case the central problem is that what are your plan to act upon delivering services to your immediate citizens those fall under your administration.

I think at this moment I am talking about my home State Governor, Comrade and of course he has a military back-ground Mr. Akech Tong Aleu the current Caretaker governor of Warrap State, he did a wonderful job being in front line when it comes to what threat his people across the Warrap State. I don’t have much to say about Governor Akech in term of his political and military activities, but his intervention in Apuk and Aguok the two communities’ conflicts make me be proud of him because he didn’t distance himself from his people that he leading them.

What makes me to express myself is because of his current call for all communities’ leaders, especially in Tonj East where Tonj Dit Communities got into conf lict while he was already on the ground before conflict erupted. Here is immediate credit or leadership qualities to Governor Akech Tong Aleu, he stayed or spent the good two (2) weeks in Tonj Dit to calm down the situation first and he didn’t rush back to Kuajok the governor State office seat and then delegate junior folks to investigate the conflict, but he put himself in front line to witnessed everything by himself. BRAVO GOVERNOR AKECH TONG ALEU.

When two major communities in Western and Eastern Gogrial  Aguok and Apuk conflicted, Akech Tong Aleu immediately intervened, and again Luacjang and Thiik in Tonj Dit conflicted he also intervened and now it seems the situation is in no rmal standard as we speak folks. What I want to say here I have to thank President Kiir Mayardit appointed Akech Tong Aleu as Caretaker of your and my State to be a current leading figure in Warrap State.

Akche Tong Aleu’s leadership style helped the situation Gogrial West and East and also rescued the major problem between Luacjang and Thiik Communities in Tonj dit Eastern County. Now, if Warrap Caretaker governor called Spiritual leaders in the area to organize the prayers for peace and reconciliation purpose among the conflicted communities, then I strongly suggested to Akech Tong  Aleu to consider his Diaspora members from Warrap to say a word during prayers gathering in Kuajok.

Here in United States, we are under one umbrella leadership as Warrap Community leading by Akok Angui Akok, I will be more than happy to inform him to say a word on behalf of Community during peace and reconciliation prayers if timing allow to consider that request. Please open the attached documents that bordered Radio interviewed Governor Akech on Luacjang and Thiik Communities’ conflict.

I want folks out there to inform Governor Akech Tong about this message in order to consider this message if he can, I meant those whom may be in contact with governor to receive this open message. PALKA TONG KAMKUN KOC JIENG EBEN.
