Presidential Decree: “Integration and absorption of former SSDA Cobra Faction officers into SPLA with effect from 1st October 2015, as follows:

1. 3 Lt. Generals (David Yau Yau Jankuch, James Kong Kong Noden, Khalid Butrus Bora)
2. 5 Major Generals,
3. 8 Brigadier Generals,
4. 14 Colonels, and
5. 11 Lt. Colonels.
