The Eagle Eye: A brotherly call to writer, Lino Lual Lual

February 23, 2016 (SSB) —- This is a brotherly call to Lino Lual Lual, a writer of an opinion article published by Juba telegraph in the Monday 22nd, 2016 publication to reserve the rights of admission for the usage of Eagle eye as his heading for any writings of his. Back to those days when former editor in chief of citizen newspaper, current Juba monitor, Juba telegraph and an online website call PaanLuel Wël, being a columnist with the same identity of “ Eagle Eye” was widely known to be my wholly owned designate throughout those outlets.
We can have “eagle eyed” but not “eagle eye”! I came to realized that opinions bearing that title had been in series in parts one and two but the whole attention was my discovery of the paraphrasing of the title to mean “eagle eye on south Sudan” with portrait symbolizing Eagle, yes you can have eagle but not equally an “eagle eye” like me and the different with other eagle productions can be justifiable, I would rather advice you to use a portrait.
This in itself seems to have some element of plagiarizing my title which I have been using for three years currently and with many eagles naming which includes, Eagle online, an online website in Uganda, Eagle in storms as an online site oversea equally and with my “Eagle eye” carrying authenticity through my social media mediums including but not limited to, Eagle eye on wordpress.com, Facebook advocacy, newspapers writings with the same title.
I therefore kindly wish to inform my brother who either by lack of knowledge on the existence of my right or intentionally took upon himself the responsibility of using the title repetitively. The above named sites are equal partners in writings and we are aware of each other, I would not call it further by other names but only giving a caution to check with the news papers within the country to establish the truth about my concern.
I have no personal reasons with you (Lino Lual Lual) and have no words either describing the attempt of using the advocacy title which I have been using to voice many concerns like empowering education sector as a tool to societal transformations, governance, equality for all and the rule of law.
It’s my sincere believe that, my brother will get me well and any decision to further my justifications will be highly welcome and provided immediately.
