March 22, 2016 (SSB)  —-  I marked my todays message as of high importance to be listen to because the untimely death of the young future hope of South Sudan is becoming unbearable but no attention at the government side!

Whether Kiir Mayardit have any time to read this or not I am requesting his advisors to convey this message to him.

Most of us have felt this pain for long but not anymore!

Today I can say this in a very loud voice that our government has failed us the citizens of the Republic of South Sudan. I will not listen to an excuse of peace implementation because it will never or if so I may ask, does the government of South Sudan only pay attention to the person who have declared rebellion against the government?

If rebellion was not created for benefit, then the government should do something about it, if war and endless conflicts are ignored for benefit, then I am asking Kiir Mayardit today to take his guns that are in the hand of civilians in Lakes State back to where they belong. We don’t manufacture guns in Lakes States

The chronic fighting in lakes State Rumbek today Called Western Lakes Stated is exaggerated by none other than the government of South Sudan. Lakes Sate is not bordering any foreign country that these gelweng can have access to. My question is where do they get guns from?

Which other country in the whole world that is run without law?

Of course military force is not a law, the worse part of it all Kiir and your team have forgotten that you exist in power because of the people but people are dying day and night for so many reasons, then we would rather say that there is no South Sudan. This is too much. You have felt your personal insecurity a way higher than another citizen, but the truth is you the officials of the government of South Sudan created the insecurity. You recruit untrained soldiers who does not know their role or else whoever trains never done any job and they are training on how to steal for living not how to protect the society.

Your soldiers are hungry and that is what is killing Rumbek today. They sell these guns to the civilian. And who signs the contractors of the guns from their first point of purchase? Kiir of course, these civilians have no licenses for their guns but the government have this license.

I am repeating this point to get it clear, your soldiers are selling guns for foods, they are unpaid and no food for them, they have families that they are attending to too what do you expect?

My major point in all this story is to take action to collect guns from the civilians in Lakes States

Using force is a not solution either because your army is manner less, instead of going to disarm the guns they will also rape girls and women and start robbing everything they see is good. I wonder what kind of principles are taught to today’s security personnel in South Sudan.

Our people are finishing themselves today not because they need to reduce the number but because they never known if something call law exist. But does the law not criminality really exist in South Sudan constitution? If you cannot manage to disarm them, then put the law to restrict freely movement of civilians with guns on streets and in the towns.

Today they are killing everyone despite category whether student or gelweng, women and children.

At least they couldn’t be killing people in the house if they are not allowed
