Kenyan Deputy President acquitted by ICC: South Sudanese case is outright dead! NO!

April 7, 2016 (SSB) — Am in Kenya and Kenyans are busy about themselves celebrating the acquittal of their number two son Hon. William Arap Somoei Ruto by the international criminal court. It is a case that has taken seven years to lay to rest. Mr. Ruto and his fellow tribesman Mr. Arap Sang, himself a radio journalist were found to have no-case-to -answer by the pre-trial judge’s chambers. The duo were accused of being the powerful under behind and financiers of the 2007 post-election violence. It was the worst kind of violence after the 1992 violence that saw President Daniel ToRotich Arap moi elected to power. It was alleged that president Kibaki stole the 2007, at the expense of Mr. Raila Odinga, the presidential elections through the late Mr. Samuel Kivuitu of the electoral commission.
Some two thousand people were killed, several thousand maimed and many others made without homes! Now the presumed perpetrators are not guilty after all! Earlier the president of the republic of Kenya and some other senior government officials were acquitted by the same court.
While it is not the role of the court to find anybody innocent, it is also their role to find anybody ‘not guilty’. So where/what is the point? Innocent and not guilty. Is an innocent person a ‘not guilty’ type?
Some people died and the court says we should embrace the future and see into the space of future galaxies! It is the Utopia people are matching into! If the so called past is to be ignored, what if it happened in future? I thought peoples past determine or shape their future. That is why there is Anya Anya one and Anya Anya two in the history of struggle in South Sudan.
South Sudan is now the next case. People were killed in 1991 because of conflict brought by no one. Riek Machar wasn’t the planner. It was a spontaneous case like this Kenyan one! So where/what is the point? Somebody has a no-case-to answer. Is that really right?
Riek Machar tried it again in December 2013 and there is /was no one responsible for it! So where is/was the point? It means some people somewhere team up and break up to bring unimaginable earthquake to somewhere never known! It is so bad that even the people from the said nowhere are visibility been preyed upon by vultures.
Now we are at stand at ease to receive Mr .Machar and his entourage on 12/04/2016, where is the question of accountability? Taban Deng Gai says his force, already present in Juba are at ease now and are intermingling with their counterparts from the government. He called them former friends!
So hundreds of people from nowhere were killed in Juba in 2013 by friends! My God this the worst kind of impunity. So government soldiers and their friends did kill some unknown people? Taban Deng Gai! Did they know they were friends?
I hope you are quoted and will be quoted. There was nothing like the Kenyan case. There was some form of planning by Mr. Machar prior to December 2013. You made sure it went ahead Mr. Taban Deng Gai. You called Mr. Mach Paul (an honest man) and he testified that that you asked him to release a certain sergeant. For God sake a sergeant to be released by a general! Why was that sergeant put into prison in the first place?
How did Riek Machar escape if indeed he was listed to be killed? He passed through the gates of Bilpam at the intense height of the rebellion. So where is/was the point? Impunity is snaking it way again into the government but our hearts and minds are there to realise it, beware! We know now the point and the point is/was the misuse of our petrodollars to match us to nowhere. We have realised this and we are now at the frontline or so to weed you out, beware!
Who was responsible for the killing of helpless people in Bortown? In 1991 Riek Machar promised his white army to match to the ‘heart’ of Dr. John Garang and remove that Dinka ‘heart’. It was the same case in 2013! Mr .Machar silently matched to Bor and the results were so devastating. Go to YouTube!
If Salva Kiir home of Warrap is somehow next to Mayom County in Unity state, Riek would have mobilized his troops and captured Akon in Gogrial. Was that not possible? So where is/was the strength of now the whole tribe of Nuer?
Am saying this because we saw and heard how the government and friends killed people. Taban Deng will be the chief witness!
