We are already warns by the governor of Eastern Lakes state saying that “he don’t need any cattle’s camps from Jonglei state to cross the

Nile to go to his state because they want to disarm their youths for safety”, so we are already informed by the Eastern Lakes state authority to control our cattle’s not to go to Eastern Lakes state again said Isaac Mamer Ruuk.

Ruuk says two cattle camps are now in Sudan Safari coming to Bor of Jonglei state and they will proceed to other part of the state where they belong.

We are expecting more other cattle camps to start moving as soon as possible especially next week from Aroou junction to Juba Bridge and the SPLA forces are the one responsible; the Gen. Kheer Kheer is being appointed by the SPLA general headquarters to escort all the cattle’s from Jubek state to Bor of Jonglei state commissioner narrate.

He says there no insurgencies on the way people and cattle’s are moving safely. The communities of Jubek and Terekeka state are also interesting to allow our cattle’s to passé peacefully because they were being complaining all this along; they were refusing for the staying of our cattle’s in their region Ruuk added.

Commissioner says it’s very important for all the cattle camps to return back home to Bor and some other part of the state because those animals are food for the people around; the surrounded areas people can benefits a lot from the cattle’s.

Since there is hunger looming; cattle’s are part of feeding in our communities as we are all pastoralists we know the value of the cows said commissioner Ruuk.

He says when all the cattle camps are return the youths will come back to Bor and some will engage in education like now they are moving in bushes without putting their children into school it will not help us if those children are out of school said Ruuk.

Ruuk says when all the cattle camps are return back to Bor or Jonglei it will reduces tension from other communities.

All these along the neighboring communities are not interested for our cattle’s to stay in their territories he said.

He appeals to all Dinka Bor cattle’s keepers to left other people territory and you should come back to your own territory.
